    摘要: Systems, platforms, methods and media for providing genomic services are disclosed. In one example, a genomic services platform comprises a network interface through which are received genomic sequence reads derived from a biological sample obtained from a user. The platform also includes a bioinformatics processing pipeline including a read alignment module configured to generate observed sequence data by aligning the sequence reads relative to a reference sequence, a variant calling module operative to identify observed variants in the observed sequence data, and a variant refinement module for producing genotype data including a set of refined variants associated with the user. A variant imputation module produces a set of imputed variants associated with the user, and is configured to receive, as input, at least some of the genotype data and separate the genotype data into high-quality and low-quality genotypes based on a genotype quality.

    摘要: A one way valve is revealed. The one way valve includes a valve seat and a valve member supported by the valve seat. A hole is mounted at a center of the valve base while an outer circular base is disposed around the hole and an inner circular base is arranged at a center of the hole. The inner circular base has a circular sidewall around an opening. At least one gap is radially formed on the circular sidewall and the gap is vertically penetrating the circular sidewall. The valve member consists of a membrane portion and a rod portion extended from one side of the membrane portion. Thereby the rod portion is passed through the gap of the inner circular base to be set into the opening of the inner circular base.

    摘要: An inflation valve is revealed. The inflation valve includes a longitudinal valve body, a valve member and an elastic member sleeved between the valve member and the longitudinal valve body. The longitudinal valve body includes an axially extending hole disposed therein, a projecting edge arranged on the axially extending hole and a round through hole disposed on a center of the projecting edge, and two alignment members having at least one projecting body and/or one concave slot. A round valve head is arranged on the front end of the valve member and alignment members corresponding to the alignment members of the longitudinal valve body disposed on an outer edge of the valve head. While being assembled, the valve head passes the through hole by alignment of the alignment members between the valve member and the longitudinal valve body and becomes staggered. Moreover, by the elastic member, the valve head presses and locks onto the round through hole to form a closed state.

    摘要: A system, apparatus and method for managing input/output requests in a multi-processor system is disclosed. An IO coherence unit includes an IO request handler, a variable size transaction table, and an IO response handler. The size of the transaction table varies according to the number of pending IO requests. The IO request handler stores information about pending IO requests in the transaction table to establish an order among related requests and to permit out-of-order handling of unrelated requests. The IO response handler tracks responses to the IO requests and updates the information in the transaction table. The IO coherence unit returns responses to requesting devices in compliance with device ordering requirements.

    摘要: In methods of preparing asphalt and elastomeric polymer compositions crosslinked with phenol aldehyde resins and sulfur, such as polymer modified asphalt (PMA), it has been discovered that the MP1 compatibility may be improved by adding certain ionic metal oxides. Suitable ionic metal salts include, but are not necessarily limited to, zinc oxide, cadmium oxide, and the like. Acceptable elastomeric polymers include, but are not necessarily limited to, styrene-butadiene copolymers. Additional sulfur-containing crosslinkers may also be used.

    摘要: Asphalt and elastomeric polymer compositions crosslinked with mixed polythiomorpholines or at least one alkyl polysulfide can give polymer modified asphalts (PMAs) with improved properties and/or reduced H2S evolution. When at least one alkyl polysulfide is used to completely or partially replace conventional crosslinkers such as S or MBT, mercaptobenzimidazole (MBI) may be optionally used as a co-crosslinker. The use of mixed polythiomorpholines as crosslinkers provide PMAs with better low temperature profiles (BBR m-values). The use of at least one alkyl polysulfide crosslinker gives PMAs with improved PAV-aged DSR results, and reduced H2S evolution. The use of at least one alkyl polysulfide crosslinker together with MBI may give PMAs with improved PAV DSR Fail Temperatures.

    摘要: A switched current power converter includes an input power source, an output terminal, and a plurality of current stages. Each of the current stages includes a converter coupled to the input power source for providing a current and a switch circuit that selectively couples the current in such current stage to the output terminal. A control circuit decouples the input power source from the current stage converters upon detection of a low load condition. Optionally, the power converter includes a low load circuit responsive to the control circuit that selectively couples current to the output terminal during the low load condition.
