    摘要: An oblong diaphragm valve has curved surfaces carved into faces of a body and a plate. The curved surfaces have an oblong shape and define an oval or egg-shaped valve chamber when the body and the plate are joined and secured to each other, with a diaphragm sandwiched there-between. An inlet and an outlet are defined in the curved surface of the body at opposite ends defined by a length of the valve chamber. A flow passage is defined in the curved surface of the plate and has an opening centrally located relative to the valve chamber for actuation of the diaphragm to close or open the oblong diaphragm valve with minimal or no stress, ensuring durability and longevity of the oblong diaphragm valve with increased precision, while reducing fluid waste and pressure spikes in pumping operations.

    摘要: Provided is a valve, relating to the mechanical equipment technical field, comprising a valve body provided with a passage configured for allowing a fluid to pass through and a valve core disk provided within the passage and rotatable relative to the valve body. The valve core disk is provided with through holes and has one side face provided with a one-way diaphragm which is used for sealing the through holes in one direction to enable the valve core disk to seal the passage in one direction. Since the valve core disk can rotate relative to the valve body, one-way-inflation and -deflation can be realized, and during deflation, the passage can be opened for deflation just by rotating the valve core disk. Users can adjust a deflating speed by rotating the valve core disk. The valve not only has a simple structure, but also is convenient for the user to deflate.

    摘要: A film is sandwiched between a first plate and a second plate. Outer convex parts formed on the second plate are formed so that their protrusion height dimension is larger than that of an inner convex part. Each outer convex part is formed so that its width dimension is smaller than the inner convex part. When the first plate and second plate are face-joined together, the film is sandwiched between outer concave parts and the outer convex parts, after which the film is sandwiched between an inner concave part and an inner convex part and a tension is applied to a diaphragm part stretched in concave flow paths.

    摘要: An apparatus is described for controlling a flow of a fluid therethrough while the apparatus is connected to a source of control fluid. The apparatus includes an input, a valve seat, a diaphragm, an output, and a diaphragm control space. The diaphragm control space is partially defined by the diaphragm, and includes a control fluid inlet and a control fluid outlet. The apparatus is operative to independently control a flow of control fluid into the diaphragm control space through the control fluid inlet and a flow of control fluid out of the diaphragm control space through the control fluid outlet. A deflection of the diaphragm in relation to the valve seat is responsive to a pressure of the control fluid in the diaphragm control space. The deflection of the diaphragm in relation to the valve seat is operative to control a fluidic flow resistance between the input and the output.

    摘要: A diaphragm valve for a vehicle includes: a diaphragm chamber having an upper chamber and a lower chamber divided by a diaphragm and communicating with a valve inlet and a valve outlet. The upper chamber has a nipple in which a fluid flows or from which a fluid is discharged, and the lower chamber has a chamber opening port at a lower end thereof. A valve rod is coupled to the diaphragm and extends toward the valve outlet. A valve head is provided at a position corresponding to an end of the valve rod and has a wider cross sectional area than the valve rod. The valve head closes the valve outlet when the valve is closed, and closes the chamber opening port when the valve is open.
