Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for automating user input using onscreen content. For example, a method includes receiving a selection of a first screen capture image representing a screen captured on a mobile device associated with a user, the first image having a first timestamp. The method also includes determining, using a data store of images of previously captured screens of the mobile device, a reference image from the data store that has a timestamp prior to the first timestamp, identifying a plurality of images in the data store that have respective timestamps between the timestamp for the reference image and the first timestamp, and providing the reference image, the plurality of images, and the first image to the mobile device.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for verifying an identity of a user. The methods, systems, and apparatus include actions of receiving a request for a verification phrase for verifying an identity of a user. Additional actions include, in response to receiving the request for the verification phrase for verifying the identity of the user, identifying subwords to be included in the verification phrase and in response to identifying the subwords to be included in the verification phrase, obtaining a candidate phrase that includes at least some of the identified subwords as the verification phrase. Further actions include providing the verification phrase as a response to the request for the verification phrase for verifying the identity of the user.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for obtaining, for each of multiple words or sub-words, audio data corresponding to multiple users speaking the word or sub-word; training, for each of the multiple words or sub-words, a pre-computed hotword model for the word or sub-word based on the audio data for the word or sub-word; receiving a candidate hotword from a computing device; identifying one or more pre-computed hotword models that correspond to the candidate hotword; and providing the identified, pre-computed hotword models to the computing device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generated suggested metadata for media items are provided herein. In particular, users can upload media items to a system. The media items can be matched to reference media items, classified, and/or analyzed to identify characteristics. Suggested metadata can be determined based on the matched reference media items, classifications, and analysis. The suggested metadata can be presented to a user for user selection. Media items can be published and associated metadata can provide searchable criteria.

Abstract: Example aspects of the present disclosure are directed to systems and methods that perform image style transfer for three-dimensional models. In some implementations, the systems and methods can use machine-learned models such as, for example, convolutional neural networks to generate image style and content information used to perform style transfer. The systems and methods of the present disclosure can operate in a rendered image space. In particular, a computing system can iteratively modify an attribute rendering map (e.g., texture map, bump map, etc.) based on information collected from a different rendering of the model at each of a plurality of iterations, with the end result being that the attribute rendering map mimics the style of one or more reference images in content-preserving way. In some implementations, a computation of style loss at each iteration can be performed using multi-viewpoint averaged scene statistics, instead of treating each viewpoint independently.

Abstract: In some implementations, a language proficiency of a user of a client device is determined by one or more computers. The one or more computers then determines a text segment for output by a text-to-speech module based on the determined language proficiency of the user. After determining the text segment for output, the one or more computers generates audio data including a synthesized utterance of the text segment. The audio data including the synthesized utterance of the text segment is then provided to the client device for output.

Abstract: Systems, methods performed by data processing apparatus and computer storage media encoded with computer programs for receiving an utterance from a user in a multi-user environment, each user having an associated set of available resources, determining that the received utterance includes at least one predetermined word, comparing speaker identification features of the uttered predetermined word with speaker identification features of each of a plurality of previous utterances of the predetermined word, the plurality of previous predetermined word utterances corresponding to different known users in the multi-user environment, attempting to identify the user associated with the uttered predetermined word as matching one of the known users in the multi-user environment, and based on a result of the attempt to identify, selectively providing the user with access to one or more resources associated with a corresponding known user.

Abstract: Methods and systems may help to provide filtered notification content that provides useful information to the intended recipient, but does not provide the same information to an unauthorized viewer. To do so, when an application event occurs, filtered notification content may be generated. The filtered notification content may combine a non-obfuscated portion of the event content and an obfuscated portion of the event content, such that when viewed by an intended recipient, the filtered notification content provides implicit information that the device expects the particular user to understand based on the user's own experience and/or other factors.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a method for providing a display of content consumption by geographic location. The method includes storing, in a data store, geographic locations of a set of users consuming content items and consumption characteristics of the content items, wherein the content items are identified by user devices at the geographic locations while the content items are played by source devices external to the user devices, and wherein information about a content item of the identified content items, which is consumed by a user of the set of users, is transmitted to the server system by a user device of the user. The method also includes extracting, from the data store, geographic locations of consumption and a set of consumption characteristics of each content item of the identified content items, wherein the set of consumption characteristics comprises a title and times of consumption of the content item by the set of users. The method further includes filtering the identified content items based on at least one filter that pertains to times of content consumption by the set of users, ranking the filtered content items based on the geographic locations of consumptions and consumption statistics, selecting, from the ranked content items, popular content items at particular geographic locations of consumption and over a time period, and generating a geographic map displaying to a user each of the selected popular content items at one or more of the particular geographic locations of consumption, the map to display a title and an icon to represent each of the selected popular content items
