    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an information transmission method, a terminal device, and a network device. The method includes: receiving, by the terminal device, indication information sent by the network device, where the indication information includes information used to indicate content of M pieces of system information; receiving, by the terminal device, the M pieces of system information sent by the network device; determining, by the terminal device, at least two pieces of system information with same content in the M pieces of system information based on the indication information.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a channel quality index measurement method and apparatus. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a target CSI-RS on each of time-frequency resources corresponding to resource numbers of a terminal, where the target CSI-RS is a precoded CSI-RS, and the time-frequency resource is a resource element used to transmit the CSI-RS or the target CSI-RS; sending, by the base station, the target CSI-RS on each of the time-frequency resources corresponding to the resource numbers to the terminal on the time-frequency resource; sending, by the base station to the terminal, indication information used to indicate the resource numbers of the terminal; and receiving, by the base station, a CQI that is sent by the terminal and that is used to indicate channel quality.

    Abstract: This application discloses a synchronization signal sending method and a related device. The method includes: generating a first synchronization signal sequence and a second synchronization signal sequence, where the first synchronization signal sequence is a sequence obtained based on a first m-sequence, the second synchronization signal sequence is a sequence obtained based on a Gold sequence, the Gold sequence is generated based on a second m-sequence and a third m-sequence, and a generator polynomial of the first m-sequence is the same as a generator polynomial of the second m-sequence; mapping the first synchronization signal sequence onto M subcarriers in a first time unit to obtain a first synchronization signal, and mapping the second synchronization signal sequence onto M subcarriers in a second time unit to obtain a second synchronization signal, where M and N are positive integers greater than 1.

    Abstract: A power allocation method and apparatus belong to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: determining, by UE, a first start time point of a first control subframe and a second start time point of a second control subframe; determining, based on the first start time point and the second start time point, whether a priority of a first target subframe is higher than a priority of a second target subframe; and if the priority of the first target subframe is higher than the priority of the second target subframe, allocating, based on first uplink channel information and second uplink channel information, power to the UE in a base station or a cell group in which the first target subframe is located, and allocating reserved power of the UE to the UE in a base station or a cell group in which the second target subframe is located.

    Abstract: A user equipment includes a processor and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program. The program includes instructions to determine a frame structure of a serving cell. Each frame based on the frame structure comprises 2k subframes having at least: (N−1) downlink subframes, (N−1) uplink subframes, and one special subframe which is a first or second special subframe. N and k are each positive integers greater than or equal to 1. The program has instructions to send and receive information in frames based on the frame structure. Each frame has N downlink subframes, N uplink subframes, and (2k−2N) special subframes, where N is less than k, or N downlink subframes, (N−1) uplink subframes, and one second special subframe, where N is equal to k, or (N−1) downlink subframes, N uplink subframes, and one first special subframe, where N is equal to k.

    Abstract: A power allocation method and apparatus that relate to the wireless communications field. The method includes determining, by the user equipment (UE), a first channel in a first subframe; determining, by the UE, n second channels in n second subframes, where the n second subframes are subframes having overlapping time greater than or equal to a preset threshold with the first subframe; allocating, by the UE, transmit power at least to the first channel according to transmit power required for the first channel and transmit power required for the n second channels; and sending, by the UE, data to a first base station/first cell group on the first channel according to the transmit power allocated to the first channel.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an uplink power control method, user equipment, and a base station. The user equipment includes: a receiver, configured to receive first radio resource control protocol RRC configuration information sent by a first base station, where the first RRC configuration information includes a parameter used to calculate a power headroom PH that is of the UE and that is in a first cell controlled by the first base station; and a transmitter, configured to send second RRC configuration information to a second base station. The user equipment provided in the embodiments of the present invention is applicable to a scenario in which both RRC functions of two cells are controlled by means of RRC of one base station, and moreover, when two base stations use independent RRC, transmit power of the UE can also be effectively controlled, thereby improving uplink power control compatibility.
