    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a power usage state information transmission method and apparatus. The transmission method for transmitting power usage state information according to the present invention includes: determining, by a terminal device, a power headroom PH of a second cell corresponding to the terminal device; and sending, by the terminal device to the first network device, the PH and channel configuration information corresponding to the PH. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the first network device can readily acquire, according to the PH and the channel configuration information, a power usage state of the second cell corresponding to the terminal device. In this way, transmit power of UE between different network devices can be properly allocated, and therefore, system resources are properly used.

In embodiments of the present disclosure, at least one uplink channel of a first target subframe numbered i is determined; according to uplink channel information of a second target subframe numbered x, a reserved power that is reserved for a base station or a cell group in which the second target subframe numbered x is located is determined, where the reserved power is determined when uplink channel information of the second target subframe numbered x includes a PRACH or includes only an SRS channel or includes no channel. According to the reserved power, a transmit power of each uplink channel in the at least one uplink channel of the first target subframe numbered i is determined. Solutions provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are applicable to power allocation.

The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a PBCH sent by a network device, where the PBCH includes seven most significant bits of an SFN of a radio frame in which the PBCH is located; determining, by the terminal device, a least significant bit of the SFN based on indication information of the least significant bit of the SFN; determining, by the terminal device based on the PBCH, a scrambling code of the PBCH, and determining two remaining bits of the SFN based on a one-to-one correspondence between the two remaining bits of the SFN and the scrambling code of the PBCH; and determining, by the terminal device, the SFN of the radio frame in which the PBCH is located.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a network side device, user equipment, and a spectrum sharing method thereof. The method includes: acquiring load information of a first and a second systems; acquiring a cycle period of a shared frequency of the first and the second systems; obtaining time slice allocation information according to the load information of the first and the second system, and the cycle period, where the time slice allocation information includes a first and a second time slice; and sending the time slice allocation information to user equipment, so that the user equipment performs data transmission at the first time slice by using the first system and performs data transmission at the second time slice by using the second system and by using the shared frequency. By means of the foregoing manner, a shared frequency can be allocated, so that efficiency of transmitting system data can be effectively improved.

    摘要: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for controlling a serving grant of a user terminal (UE) of a neighboring cell. The method is used for controlling a UE in a CELL-FACH state or in an idle state of a neighboring cell through a common E-RGCH. The method includes: obtaining a control command by monitoring the common E-RGCH of the neighboring cell; determining whether the UE satisfies at least one further configured controlled condition; and when the UE satisfies the at least one controlled condition, adjusting the serving grant of the UE based on the obtained control command. Through the method and the apparatus according to the embodiments of the disclosure, throughput of the UE may be prevented from being reduced excessively, thereby improving communication performance.
