    Abstract: The present invention discloses a resource scheduling method and an apparatus, and is applied to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal UE, a first time division duplex TDD configuration and a second time division duplex TDD configuration; determining the first TDD configuration or the second TDD configuration as a target TDD configuration corresponding to the UE; dividing, based on the target TDD configuration, subframes corresponding to the UE into a first subframe subset, a second subframe subset, and a third subframe subset; and performing channel quality state measurement based on the first subframe subset, the second subframe subset, and the third subframe subset, and reporting a measurement result of the channel quality state measurement to an eNB, so that the eNB schedules a subframe resource according to the measurement result.

    Abstract: A random access method and apparatus are provided. The random access method includes receiving, by a terminal, virtual cell information at a virtual frequency, where the virtual cell information includes information about at least one physical cell indicated by the virtual cell; determining, by the terminal according to the information about the at least one physical cell, a target physical cell to be pre-accessed; and accessing, by the terminal, the target physical cell using information about the target physical cell. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, information about a physical cell can be received and transmitted at a virtual frequency, such that an idle virtual frequency resource is fully utilized, and a latency is reduced.

    Abstract: An interference indication method and apparatus are presented. After detecting interference from a neighboring cell, a base station sends interference indication information to the neighboring cell, where the interference indication information includes at least indication information of a frequency resource that receives the interference from the neighboring cell and that is configured to be in a flexible half-duplex mode, so as to indicate that the interference from the neighboring cell is interference on the frequency resource configured to be in the flexible half-duplex mode. In this way, in an application scenario of a flexible half-duplex technology, a base station can learn of a status of interference from a neighboring cell, so as to use a corresponding interference suppression mechanism.
