    Abstract: A resource determining method includes: receiving configuration information of a PDCCH candidate set, the PDCCH candidate set includes a first PDCCH candidate group and a second PDCCH candidate group, the first PDCCH candidate group includes a first PDCCH candidate, the second PDCCH candidate group includes a plurality of second PDCCH candidates, and a resource corresponding to a target first PDCCH candidate in the first PDCCH candidate group and a resource corresponding to a target second PDCCH candidate in the second PDCCH candidate group have a first overlapping part; receiving a first PDCCH, where the first PDCCH indicates a second resource available for a first PDSCH, and the first resource and the second resource have a second overlapping part; and receiving the first PDSCH on a resource obtained by removing the second overlapping part from the second resource.

    Abstract: A communication method and apparatus are provided. The communication method includes: A terminal receives, from a network device, configuration information indicating a first time-frequency resource and downlink control information indicating a second time-frequency resource. The first time-frequency resource cannot be used to transmit a downlink data channel and a demodulation reference signal for the downlink data channel, and the second time-frequency resource includes a resource used to transmit the downlink data channel and the demodulation reference signal for the downlink data channel. When determining that a time domain resource of the first time-frequency resource includes a time domain resource of the second time-frequency resource, the terminal receives the downlink data channel and the demodulation reference signal for the downlink data channel on a third time-frequency resource.

The method includes: determining that a first monitoring capability of a terminal device is used to monitor a physical downlink control channels of a cell set of the terminal device, determining N non-overlapping time units of the cell set in one slot, where a start location of each of the N time units is based on a span of a cell in the cell set, and allocating the first monitoring capability in the cell set based on the N time units to separately monitor a physical downlink control channel of each cell in the cell set, so that in a carrier aggregation (CA) scenario, the terminal can monitor a physical downlink control channel at a granularity of a span.

    Abstract: A reference signal transmission method is provided to reduce power consumption. The method may be applied to time-frequency tracking. The method includes a network device sends configuration information of a reference signal RS to a terminal device, where the configuration information is used to indicate at least one periodic target sending time period of the RS; and the network device sends the RS in a first target sending time period based on a first periodicity, where the first target sending time period belongs to the at least one periodic target sending time period. In this case, the RS is sent only in a part of the target sending time period, that is, the RS is not an always-on signal, and wake-up duration of UE is short. This helps UE reduce power consumption.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a resource management method and a related device. The resource management method includes: receiving, by UE, signaling for releasing resource sent by a base station, where the signaling for releasing resource indicates information of resource location; and determining, based on the information of resource location, a time-frequency resource corresponding to the information of resource location in allocated resources already allocated by a network side to the UE, and then releasing the time-frequency resource.     Abstract: An information indication method is provided, including: A terminal-side device receives first higher layer signaling from a network-side device, where the first higher layer signaling is used to configure N bandwidth parts BWPs, and N is a positive integer. The terminal-side device receives downlink control information from the network-side device, where the downlink control information includes an indication field. When N is less than a maximum quantity of BWPs that can be configured through the first higher layer signaling when the terminal-side device is in a connected mode (for example, an RRC connected mode) or a maximum quantity of BWPs that can be determined by using candidate bit states of the indication field that is used to determine an active BWP and that is in the downlink control information, the indication field indicates a position of the active BWP located in an initial BWP and the N BWPs.
