The method includes: obtaining, in a second scheduling period based on a first candidate downlink control channel and first information, a second candidate downlink control channel from a first control resource set corresponding to the second scheduling period, where the first information is used to indicate a correspondence between the first candidate downlink control channel and the second candidate downlink control channel, and the first candidate downlink control channel is any candidate downlink control channel in a first control resource set corresponding to a first scheduling period; and combining and decoding the first candidate downlink control channel and the second candidate downlink control channel.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for feeding back uplink control information in a downlink MIMO mode and a user equipment, which are used to implement that a UE feeds back control information to a base station, are applicable to a precoding weight set restriction application scenario, and reduce transmit power of the UE while ensuring HS-DPCCH receive performance of the base station. The method provided by the embodiments of the present invention includes: generating, by a UE, 1-bit precoding control indicator (PCI) information; generating, by the UE, channel quality indicator (CQI) information; performing, by the UE, joint encoding on the PCI information and the CQI information, to obtain a joint encoding result; and feeding back, by the UE, the joint encoding result to a base station through an uplink high speed dedicated physical control channel (HS-DPCCH).

A network device explicitly indicates, by using indication information, a transmission priority of data that can be carried on a scheduled transmission resource. After receiving the indication information, a terminal device can determine whether data currently to be sent can be sent on the scheduled transmission resource, to reduce a probability of a communication failure caused by resource preemption in a scenario in which data of at least three transmission priorities coexists. The terminal device may further determine, based on the indication information, whether to-be-received data exists on the scheduled transmission resource.
