    Abstract: This application provides a communications method and apparatus. A first communications apparatus determines a second resource pool, where the second resource pool is different from a first resource pool, and the first resource pool is managed by the first communications apparatus and used by the first communications apparatus to communicate with another communications apparatus. The first communications apparatus sends first configuration information, where the first configuration information is used to indicate the second resource pool. In embodiments of this application, the first communications apparatus may indicate the second resource pool, and the another communications apparatus can determine, based on the second resource pool, a resource pool to be used by the communications apparatus, to avoid a conflict between resources used by different communications apparatuses, and reduce mutual impact of communication processes of the different communications apparatuses.

    Abstract: This application relates to the intelligent cockpit field and provides a communication method and apparatus, to reduce communication interference between devices. In this application, if priorities of one or more second devices are lower than a priority of a first device, the first device sends second information to the one or more second devices, where the second information includes a communication resource allocated by the first device to the one or more second devices and the priority of the first device. When the priorities of the one or more second devices are lower than the priority of the first device, the first device may allocate the communication resource to the one or more second devices. This can avoid communication interference between different communication domains that is caused by a conflict between communication resources, and improve communication performance of the devices.

    Abstract: This application relates to a network device transmission bandwidth reduction method and related device for reducing a transmission bandwidth of a network device, thereby reducing power consumption and battery life of terminal devices. In one embodiment, a terminal receives transmission bandwidth reduction configuration information sent by a network device, where the transmission bandwidth reduction configuration information includes a set of transmission bandwidth reduction parameters supported by the network device. In response, the terminal sends a target transmission bandwidth reduction coefficient to the network device, where the target transmission bandwidth reduction coefficient is a transmission bandwidth reduction coefficient of a serving cell expected by the terminal. A serving cell is one or more cells that currently provide services for the terminal.
