    Abstract: This application discloses an uplink control information transmission method. A terminal may determine, based on received first DCI, whether UCI triggered by the DCI is highly reliable UCI, and if the UCI is highly reliable UCI, design a special transmission policy for the UCI, to protect the UCI and ensure reliability of a URLLC service. In this application, the special transmission policy may be superior to a common UCI transmission policy in at least one of the following aspects: a transmission resource, a coding scheme, a sending sequence, and the like.

    Abstract: An information transmission method and a related apparatus are provided. The method includes: transmitting, by a first device, a TB to a second device; and transmitting, to the second device before a feedback time corresponding to the TB, original data of a first CB included in the TB, where the first CB is a CB that meets a condition necessary for system bits being occupied. In this case, a waiting time for the first device to transmit the first CB is effectively shortened, and feedback overheads are reduced. Alternatively, the first device may directly transmit first indication information to the second device, and in this case, according to the first indication information, the second device may not directly transmit feedback information of the first CB, thereby effectively reducing feedback overheads. Alternatively, the first device may transmit original data of the first CB and first indication information to the second device, so that the first device can transmit the first CB to the second device in time, thereby further ensuring that feedback overheads are effectively reduced.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for controlling transmit power of user equipment. The method includes: when total uplink transmit power of user equipment UE exceeds maximum allowed transmit power, calculating a first gain factor according to the maximum allowed transmit power; performing quantization processing on the first gain factor according to a gain factor of a first physical channel, to obtain a second gain factor, where the first physical channel includes a DPCCH2; reducing a gain factor of a second physical channel to the second gain factor, to reduce transmit power of the second physical channel, so that the total uplink transmit power of the UE does not exceed the maximum allowed transmit power, where the second physical channel includes an HS-DPCCH. This reduces a calculation error and improves control accuracy of transmit power.

    Abstract: In a backup method, a first controller of a storage system receives a file process request, and divides the file process request into a plurality of file operations. The first controller processes each of the file operations to generate multiple pieces of file operation information. And then, the first controller writes all of the multiple pieces of file operation information into a cache protected area. When the first controller fails, it stores the multiple pieces of file operation information to a disk protected area of a disk in the storage system. After the first controller is powered on again, the first controller copies the multiple pieces of file operation information from the disk protected area to the cache protected area. And then, it writes the file operation information into a write cache. At last, the first controller stores the file operation information into a disk of the storage system.
