    摘要: A laundry treating apparatus and a method of controlling the same are disclosed. The laundry treating apparatus includes a laundry receiving unit for receiving laundry, a steam generator for generating steam to be supplied to the laundry receiving unit, a water supply unit for supplying water to the steam generator, a water softening member for softening water to be supplied to the steam generator, and a control unit for controlling the replacement or regeneration time of the water softening member to be displayed on a display unit. According to the present invention, it is possible to effectively prevent and/or remove wrinkles or rumples on laundry. Furthermore, it is possible to replace or regenerate a water softening member at an appropriate point of time, thereby increasing convenience in use.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a laundry machine that can prevent as well as remove wrinkles of laundry. A laundry machine includes a drum rotatable in a cabinet; a hot air heater to supply hot air to the drum by heating air; a steam generator to supply steam to the drum; a sensor to sense a laundry amount inside the drum; and a controller to control an amount of steam supplied to the drum based on sensing results of the sensor. In another aspect of the present invention, a controlling method of a laundry machine includes sensing a laundry amount inside a drum and drying the laundry by supplying hot air to the drum. In the drying of the laundry by supplying hot air to the drum, an amount of hot air is adjusted based on the laundry amount sensed in the sensing of the laundry amount inside the drum.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a heater block for a rapid thermal processing apparatus, wherein a plurality of lamp pockets (21) for accommodating heating lamps are arranged, and cooling water inlet ports (111a, 111b) and cooling water outlet ports (112a, 112b) are arranged such that the lamp pockets (21) are cooled by the flow of the cooling water fed via the cooling water inlet ports (111a, 111b) and discharged via the cooling water outlet ports (112a, 112b). In detail, the cooling water inlet ports (111a, 111b) and the cooling water outlet ports (112a, 112b) are separately arranged into an upper layer and a lower layer, such that the flow of the cooling water fed via the cooling water inlet ports (111a, 111b) and discharged via the cooling water outlet ports (112a, 112b) is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer. Preferably, cooling water dispersion means (140) are installed at entries of the cooling water inlet ports (111a, 111b) so as to disperse the cooling water in a lateral direction. According to the present invention, the cooling water flows separately in the upper layer and the lower layer to improve cooling efficiency, and particularly, lower portions of the lamp pockets, in which heat discharged by the heating lamps is concentrated, can be maximally cooled. In addition, the cooling water dispersion means prevents the formation of a dead zone, thereby uniformly cooling the entirety of the heater block.
