    摘要: An improved layered photoresponsive device comprised of a substrate, a photogenerating layer, comprised of inorganic photoconductive composition, or an organic photoconductive composition, a charge carrier transport layer in contact with the photogenerating layer, which transport layer is comprised of electrically active molecules of the formula: ##STR1## dispersed in a highly insulating and transparent organic resinous material, wherein X is selected from the group consisting of (ortho) CH.sub.3, (meta) CH.sub.3, (para) CH.sub.3, (ortho) Cl, (meta) Cl, (para) Cl; and as a top coating in contact with the charge carrier transport layer, an arylmethane of the formula: ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl groups, aryl groups, alkylaryl groups and arylalkyl groups, R.sub.3 is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, and methyl, R.sub.4 is independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl groups, alkylaryl groups, arylalkyl groups, and a disubstituted aminophenyl group, wherein the substituents are independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl, aryl, alkylaryl, and arylalkyl, as well as the use of such devices in electrostatic latent imaging systems.

    摘要: A photosensitive member having at least two electrically operative layers is disclosed. The first layer comprises a photoconductive layer which is capable of photogenerating holes and injecting photogenerated holes into a contiguous charge transport layer. The charge transport layer comprises a polycarbonate resin containing from about 25 to about 75 percent by weight of one or more of a compound having a general formula: ##STR1## wherein R is selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group having from 1 to about 4 carbon atoms and chlorine in the ortho, meta or para position. This structure may be imaged in the conventional xerographic mode which usually includes charging, exposure to light and development.

    摘要: A photosensitive member having at least two electrically operative layers is disclosed. The first layer comprises a photoconductive layer which is capable of photogenerating holes and injecting photogenerated holes into a contiguous charge transport layer.     摘要: Provided is an imaging member such as photoreceptor comprising a substrate, a charge generation layer, a first charge transport layer, a second charge transport layer, and an optional overcoat layer. The first charge transport layer is formed from a first CTL formulation comprising an aromatic monoamine and a first polymeric film forming binder material. The second charge transport layer is formed from a second CTL formulation comprising aromatic diamine and a second polymeric film forming binder material. The imaging member has gained improved properties such as removal of anti-curl layer, desirable structural flatness, electrical properties, mechanical robustness, flexibility, longevity, and copy image qualities over extended use, among others.
