摘要： A kelly driver has a top ring and a plurality of split bushings. The a top ring has a top surface, a bottom surface, a drive lug extending from the bottom surface, and a central passage extending through the top and bottom surfaces. The drive lug has a notch within an end face thereof. A first one of the split bushings has a drive lug extending outwardly from a side surface thereof. Adjacent pairs of the split bushings have end portions thereof pivotably connected to each other through a respective hinge structure. Each hinge structure includes a respective connection pin about which adjacent pair of the split bushings are pivotably connected. An upper surface of each one of the split bushings is engaged with the bottom surface of the top ring with the drive lug of the first one of the split bushings positioned within the drive lug of the top ring.

摘要： Containers for use with a vehicle seat of the type comprising a backrest with at least a forward surface and a rear surface, a seat cushion having at least an upper surface and a rear surface, and a slot between the backrest and the seat cushion. The container comprises a housing and an attachment member for securing the housing to the seat, having a rearward distal portion which extends rearwardly and then either upwardly or downwardly to engage a rear surface of at least one of the backrest or the seat cushion. The rearward distal portion is preferably resilient. Also disclosed is a disposable attachment member designed for attachment to a separate container, such as a pizza box. The attachment member advantageously comprises a connector portion such as a release strip covering an adhesive portion designed to be connected to the separate container.

A layer of silicon dioxide is formed on a silicon carbide substrate and nitrogen is incorporated at the silicon dioxide/silicon carbide interface. In another embodiment, nitrogen is incorporated by annealing the semiconductor device in ammonia.In another aspect, the present invention provides a silicon carbide semiconductor device that has a 4H-silicon carbide substrate, a layer of silicon dioxide disposed on the 4H-silicon carbide substrate and a region of substantial nitrogen concentration at the silicon dioxide/silicon carbide interface.

摘要： A graded junction termination extension in a silicon carbide (SiC) semiconductor device and method of its fabrication using ion implementation techniques is provided for high power devices. The properties of silicon carbide (SiC) make this wide band gap semiconductor a promising material for high power devices. This potential is demonstrated in various devices such as p-n diodes, Schottky diodes, bipolar junction transistors, thyristors, etc. These devices require adequate and affordable termination techniques to reduce leakage current and increase breakdown voltage in order to maximize power handling capabilities. The graded junction termination extension disclosed is effective, self-aligned, and simplifies the implementation process.

A first part having one or more bayonet connectors and one or more retention pin receptacles cooperatively mates to a second part having one or more mating bayonet connectors. A generally cylindrical adapter connected to the equipment defines a primary bore to accommodate a down hole tubular. One or more cam pin bores, adapted to house one ore more cam pins, are positioned radially around the adapter substantially parallel to the primary bore. One or more cam lock bores adapted to house one or more at least partially rotatable cam locks, are offset from the pin cam bores such that each cam pin bore partially intersects a corresponding cam lock bore to form an aperture through which the cam lock engages the cam pin. One or more cam pins are connected to the stripper rubber; and one or more at least partially rotatable cam locks housed in the cam lock bores of the adapter optionally engage or disengage the pin cams to respectively connect or disconnect the stripper rubber to or from the equipment.

摘要： A method of reducing the height of a sealed compressor incorporates the use of a non-cylindrical portion of the stator windings on the compressor motor. A non-cylindrical portion provides a space between the sealed housing and the windings that can accommodate an additional component. In one embodiment, the additional component is the electrical connection, and in another embodiment, the additional component is an oil heater. Typically, these components were mounted axially beyond the extent of the motor stator, and thus required additional space. The present invention thus allows a smaller height compressor profile.
