摘要: Weight data of articles for sale is stored and a total weight is calculated every order. Measured weight of the prepared articles in a package is compared with the calculated total weight. If the measured weight substantially disagrees with the calculated total weight, error information is provided to the operator to correctly package the articles. Comparison may be effected every order number. An addition flag may be further stored with weight data every article to indicate that the article is a target of weight measuring. A non-addition key indicating that the corresponding article is not packaged may be further provided. When the non-addition key is depressed, the weight of the corresponding article is not included in the total weight. The total weight may be printed on the receipt, so that the operator can compare the printed total weight with the measured weight. The total weight may be printed with bar codes. A balance has a bar code reader for comparison. The bar code reader may be provided to the electronic cash register. A controller communicating with the electronic cash register may be further provided at a kitchen for comparison. The order number may be printed on a receipt read by a bar code reader. The controller has a monitor display for informing the error. The difference in weight may be further displayed.

摘要: The thermal recording compensation method performs photoelectric reading of a recorded image on a thermal recording material to construct unevenness data and uses the unevenness data to perform unevenness compensation. The unevenness data constructed by said photoelectric reading is used in the unevenness compensation after the unevenness data is subjected to filtering for frequency enhancement.

摘要: The information of sales items is transmitted from a cash register 1 to a sensing device 2 and stored in a sales items memory 26. In the sensing device 2, a commodities information memory 25 stores the information relating to a nominal weight of each commodity as well as a nominal weight of a package. A weight sensor 24 measures an actual overall weight of all of the sales items including the package. A controller 23 compares the measured overall weight with a sum of their nominal weight values, to detect any error in the packing operation.

摘要: A contoured sputtering target includes a target member of sputtering material having a top surface, a bottom surface and an outer peripheral surface. One or more contoured annular regions are formed on the top surface of the target member that extend radially inwardly from the outer peripheral surface and away from the bottom surface. The target member may further include planar, concave or central recessed regions formed in the top surface that are surrounded by the one or more contoured annular regions. The configuration of the target member reduces generation of contaminating particles from nodules that may form near the outer peripheral surface of the target during a sputtering operation. Methods of forming a contoured sputtering target are also disclosed.

摘要: A diaphragm valve comprises: a body (1) having an inflow passage (1a), an outflow passage (1b), a concave valve chamber (1c) and a valve seat (1d); a metallic main diaphragm (2) which holds airtightness of the valve chamber (1c) and makes contact with and separates from the valve set (1d) directly or indirectly; a bonnet (4) which securely holds an outer circumferential edge portion of the main diaphragm (2) between the body 1 and the bonnet 4; and a stem 5 which causes the main diaphragm (2) to be deformed elastically. At the top surface side of the aforementioned main diaphragm (2) there is arranged a metallic sub-diaphragm (3) whose outer circumferential edge portion can be elastically deformed in a vertical direction. A center portion of the aforementioned sub-diaphragm (3) is fixed to a center portion of the main diaphragm (2), so that the sub-diaphragm (3) comes in contact with the top surface side of the main diaphragm (2) to support a bend thereof when the main diaphragm is deformed elastically.

摘要: A controller comprises a valve body having a valve element and a valve seat defining a fluid cannel openable and closable with a reciprocating upward and downward movement of a valve stem, a casing fixed to an upper portion of the valve body, an operating rod provided in an upper inside portion of the casing upwardly and downwardly movably, a drive device for moving the rod upward and downward, and a transmission device provided in a lower inside portion of the casing for transmitting a force acting on the rod to the valve stem. The transmission device comprises a first roller contact member in the form of a downwardly flaring frustoconical recessed portion open downward and formed on an underside of a large-diameter portion of the rod concentrically therewith, a second roller contact member provided at an upper end of the valve stem, a pair of roller support members arranged between the two contact members symmetrically with respect to the axis of the operating rod, a pair of rollable rollers each rotatably supported by the support member at an upper portion thereof and bearing on a tapered face of the first roller contact member, and a pair of push rollers each rotatably supported by the support member at a lower portion thereof and bearing on an upwardly facing roller support surface of the second roller contact member. Each of the support members is supported by the casing so as to be pivotally movable about an axis outwardly spaced from the axis of the rod by a greater distance than the axis of the corresponding push roller.
