    摘要: A controller comprises a valve body having a valve element and a valve seat defining therebetween a fluid channel openable and closable with reciprocating upward and downward movement of a valve stem, a casing fixed to an upper portion of the valve body, an operating rod provided in an upper inside portion of the casing and movable upward and downward, a drive device for moving the operating rod upward and downward, and a force transmission device provided in a lower inside portion of the casing for transmitting force acting on the operating rod to the valve stem. The transmission device comprises a conical first roller contact member extending vertically downward from a lower end of the operating rod, a second roller contact member provided at the valve stem upper end, a pair of roller support members arranged between the two contact members symmetrically with respect to the first contact member axis, a pair of rollable rollers rotatably supported by the support member at an upper portion thereof and bearing on a tapered face of the first contact member, and a pair of push rollers rotatably supported by a lower portion of the support member and bearing on a roller support upper surface of the second contact member. Each of the roller support members is supported by the casing so as to be pivotally movable about an axis on the side of the first contact member axis relative to the corresponding push roller axis.

The transmission device comprises a first roller contact member in the form of a downwardly flaring frustoconical recessed portion open downward and formed on an underside of a large-diameter portion of the rod concentrically therewith, a second roller contact member provided at an upper end of the valve stem, a pair of roller support members arranged between the two contact members symmetrically with respect to the axis of the operating rod, a pair of rollable rollers each rotatably supported by the support member at an upper portion thereof and bearing on a tapered face of the first roller contact member, and a pair of push rollers each rotatably supported by the support member at a lower portion thereof and bearing on an upwardly facing roller support surface of the second roller contact member. Each of the support members is supported by the casing so as to be pivotally movable about an axis outwardly spaced from the axis of the rod by a greater distance than the axis of the corresponding push roller.

    摘要: A diaphragm valve is provided with a removable metallic elastic seating ring (7) having a first passage (10) and at least one second passage (11) extending through it. The first passage communicates with an inlet passage (8) of the valve while the second passage communicates with the outflow passage (9). A first surface (7a) of the seating ring is provided with a valve seat (12) against which the diaphragm (6) may be pressed to block fluid flow through the valve. A second surface (7b) of the seating ring has two annular and axially extending projections (15, 16). The first projection (15) contacts a bottom surface (2a) of valve chamber (2) in a region surrounding the opening where the inflow passage joins the valve chamber. The second projection (16) contacts the bottom surface of the valve chamber around the periphery of the valve chamber. The first projection extends axially of the seating ring to a slightly greater extent than the second projection so that when a diaphragm holder ( 5) presses the diaphragm against the periphery of the seating ring, the seating ring flexes thus causing increased contact pressure between the first projection and the bottom surface of the valve chamber. This reduces the possibility of leakage flow between the bottom wall and the seating ring from the inflow passage to the outflow passage.

    摘要: A locking device comprises a stopper support fixed to the body of a fluid controller, and a stopper nonrotatably mounted on the stopper support and engageable with a channel opening-closing handle for preventing the rotation of the handle. The stopper mounted on the support is movable upward and downward between a locking position wherein the stopper engages with the handle and an unlocking position wherein the stopper is out of engagement with the handle. The stopper support is formed with an opening for fitting the controller body therein and an aperture for fitting the stopper therein. The stopper has a vertical portion slidably fitted in the aperture and formed with a lock attaching bore.
