Abstract: The present invention provides a method and devices for transmitting and receiving a synchronization signal and a method for generating a synchronization signal in a wireless access system supporting NB-IoT. A method for transmitting a narrowband secondary synchronization signal (N-SSS) by a base station in a wireless access system supporting NB-IoT, according to an embodiment of the present invention, can comprise the steps of: generating a first sequence having a size M so as to generate an N-SSS; generating a second sequence having a size M so as to generate an N-SSS; generating an N-SSS by means of the first sequence and second sequence; and transmitting the N-SSS by means of n OFDM symbols. The size of a bandwidth used in the wireless access system supporting NB-IoT is the size of one physical resource block (PRB), and one PRB can comprise twelve subcarriers in a frequency domain.

Abstract: A method and device for transmitting a transport block in a wireless communication system is provided. Particularly, a terminal receives, from a base station, information on the number of subcarriers in a partial band included in an allocated carrier. The terminal distributes a soft buffer possessed by the terminal in proportion to the number of subcarriers in the partial band. The terminal determines a transport block size for each partial band according to the size of the distributed soft buffer. The terminal transmits, to the base station, the transport block within the transport block size.

Abstract: The disclosure of the present specification provides a method in which a narrowband-Internet of things (NB-IoT) device transmits an uplink channel. Abstract: A quasi-cyclic low density parity check (QC LDPC) code rate matching method is disclosed. According to the rate matching method in the present disclosure, the minimum lifting value can be selected from among lifting values by which a codeword longer than a target code block can be generated. A coding gain through retransmission can be acquired by generating the codeword that is longer than the target code block. In addition, by selecting a lifting value of a proper magnitude, rate matching for information bit sequences of various lengths can be performed.

Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for reporting a channel state of a downlink channel transmitted through two-dimensionally arranged Nt number of antenna ports is carried out by a terminal, wherein the method comprises the steps of: configuring each of the Nt number of antenna ports to be mapped to all antenna elements belonging to a specific antenna element group, and each antenna port of an antenna port group corresponding to a reference signal (RS), which is transmitted in the same OFDM symbol, to be mapped to different antenna element groups from each other, and receiving a channel state information (CSI)-RS configuration for reporting a channel state for the antenna port group; and calculating channel state information on a downlink channel through a CSI-RS received using the received CSI-RS configuration, and reporting, to a serving cell, the calculated channel state information, wherein the reported channel state information can contain a precoding matrix for selecting an antenna port group and a precoding matrix to be applied to the selected antenna port group.
