摘要: A vehicular exterior rearview mirror assembly includes a base portion configured for attachment at an exterior portion of a vehicle, a mirror head having a mirror reflective element, and an actuator within the mirror head. When the mirror actuator is electrically operated, the mirror actuator moves the mirror head and the mirror reflective element together and in tandem relative to the base portion. The mirror reflective element is adhesively attached at a mirror back plate. The mirror back plate is attached at a head mounting plate, which is attached at the mirror actuator. A service recess is at and between the mirror back plate and the head mounting plate and is accessible from exterior the mirror head. The service recess is configured to enable detachment of the mirror back plate, with the mirror reflective element adhesively attached thereto, from the head mounting plate.

摘要: A vehicular exterior door system includes a door handle assembly configured for mounting at a door handle region of a vehicle door of a vehicle. The door handle assembly includes a pocket lighting module comprising at least one light emitting diode operable to emit light to illuminate a pocket region of the door handle region. The door handle assembly includes a plurality of touch sensors linearly arranged along a handle portion and generating sensor data based on detection of touch at the respective touch sensor. The vehicular exterior door system, with the door handle assembly mounted at the door handle region, and responsive to processing at the processor of the sensor data generated by individual touch sensors of the plurality of touch sensors, determines a touch event at the door handle assembly and, responsive to the determined touch event, unlocks the vehicle door.

A service recess is at and between the mirror back plate and the head mounting plate and is configured to receive a separating element that imparts a separating force at and between the mirror back plate and the head mounting plate to detach at least a portion of the mirror back plate from the head mounting plate. With at least the portion of the mirror back plate detached, the mirror back plate is detachable from the head mounting plate.

摘要: A door handle assembly includes a handle portion disposed at a pocket region of the door handle region. The door handle assembly includes a plurality of touch sensors disposed at the handle portion that are linearly arranged along the handle portion. Each touch sensor has a respective touch sensitivity and generates sensor data based on the respective touch sensitivity and detection of a touch. The plurality of touch sensors includes at least two touch sensors having different respective touch sensitivities. A processor is operable to process the sensor data generated by the plurality of touch sensors. A controller, responsive to processing at the processor of the sensor data generated by the plurality of touch sensors, determines a touch event at the door handle assembly. The determined touch event includes a user touching the handle portion. The controller, responsive to detecting the touch event, locks or unlocks the vehicle door.

摘要: A radar sensor assembly includes a sensor printed circuit board (PCB) having a first side and a second side opposite the first side. A radar transceiver is disposed at the first side of the sensor PCB and includes a plurality of antennas configured for transmitting and receiving radio frequency (RF) radiation. A heat sink is disposed adjacent to the radar transceiver and is configured to dissipate heat from the radar transceiver. The radar transceiver is sandwiched between the heat sink and the sensor PCB. The heat sink is configured to allow the RF radiation to pass therethrough without guiding the RF radiation.

摘要: An exterior rearview mirror assembly for mounting at a vehicle includes a mounting arm configured for attachment at an exterior portion of the vehicle, and a mirror head having a mirror casing, a mirror reflective element and a mirror actuator. The mounting arm is received through an aperture in the mirror casing and the mirror actuator is attached at the mounting arm inside the mirror casing. The mirror actuator is electrically operable to adjust the mirror reflective element and the mirror casing relative to the mounting arm. The aperture allows for movement of the mirror casing relative to the mounting arm during operation of the mirror actuator. A powerfold actuator may be operable to pivot the mirror head relative to the base portion between a folded or non-use position and an extended or use position.

摘要: A vehicular vision system includes a camera disposed at an exterior portion of a side of a vehicle and viewing at least sideward and rearward of the equipped vehicle. A video display screen is disposed in an interior cabin of the equipped vehicle and displays video images derived from frames of image data captured by the camera. When no other vehicle is detected in another traffic lane, the video display screen displays video images representative of a first portion of the exterior scene viewed by the camera. Responsive to determination that another vehicle is in the other traffic lane and approaching from rearward of the equipped vehicle, the video display screen displays video images representative of a second portion of the exterior scene that includes the determined other vehicle. Responsive to detection of the other vehicle, the video display screen displays a graphic overlay overlaying the displayed video images.

摘要: A vehicular vision system includes at least a sideward-viewing side camera at a side of a vehicle, a rearward-viewing rear backup camera, and a ground illumination light module disposed at the side of the vehicle and including at least one light emitting diode and a freeform optic. The vehicular ground illumination light module, when the light emitting diode is electrically powered so as to emit light through the freeform optic, illuminates a ground region at that side of the vehicle. The illuminated ground region includes an illuminated side ground region at least partially along the side of the vehicle and an illuminated rearward ground region rearward of a rear portion of the vehicle. The illuminated ground region is at least in part viewed by the sideward-viewing side camera and the rearward-viewing rear backup camera. A portion of the illuminated side ground region is illuminated with a luminance of at least 10 lux.
