    摘要: A time information-acquiring apparatus comprises a receiver receiving a standard time radio wave, an input waveform generator sampling a signal output from the receiver and to generating input waveform data with one or more unit time lengths, the input waveform data at each sampling point having a first value indicating a low level or a second value, the input waveform data within a first characteristic section having a predetermined value unique to codes forming a time code included in the standard time radio wave, an accumulator accumulating the value of the input waveform data during the first characteristic section, a calculator multiplying the accumulated value by characteristic values, and calculating correlation values between the input waveform data and the codes based on multiplied values.

The scintillator panel includes the substrate and the scintillator layer disposed on the substrate, wherein the concentration of the activator of the scintillator layer is higher at the radiation-incident side and is lower at the light-emission side.

The light generator includes a light transmitting electrode layer, a rear electrode layer and a light emitting layer arranged between the light transmitting electrode layer and the rear electrode. The light emitting layer according to a first aspect is formed from light emitting substance, a binder and a black pigment. The light emitting layer according to a second aspect contains a first pigment or dye absorbing a light of the same wavelength of a maximum light emission from the scintillator layer, and a second pigment or dye different from the first pigment or dye.

    摘要: The invention is to provide a radiation detection apparatus adapted for taking a moving image. The radiation detection apparatus has a pixel including a phosphor for converting radiation into light, a photoelectric conversion unit for converting the light converted in the phosphor into an electrical signal, a thin film transistor (TFT 1) for transferring the electrical signal converted in the photoelectric conversion unit, a capacitance for accumulating the electrical signal transferred by the thin film transistor (TFT 1), and a thin film transistor (TFT 2) for reading the electrical signal accumulated in the capacitance. The photoelectric conversion unit, the thin film transistor (TFT 1), the capacitance and the thin film transistor (TFT 2) are formed by a same layer configuration, and is each formed at least by a lower electrode or a gate electrode, a gate insulation film and a semiconductor layer and separated by a protective layer from the phosphor.
