    摘要: Methods and apparatuses for maintaining network information. A method for operating a base station (BS) in a wireless communication network includes receiving a neighbor discovery signal block (NDSB) from a neighbor BS in the wireless communication network, generating measurement information based on the NDSB, and generating a path metric for the neighbor BS based on the generated measurement information. The method further includes determining whether the neighbor BS as an interferer neighbor BS based on comparison of the path metric to a threshold and updating network information maintained at the BS based on the determination of whether the neighbor BS is the interferer neighbor BS.

    摘要: Timing adjustments or frequency offsets that at least partially compensate for Doppler shift (e.g., due to distance of a satellite transmitter or relative speed of a terrestrial receiver) of a signal, physical channel, or resource during wireless transmission are configured. The characteristics compensated comprise one of resource element (RE) mapping, channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) configuration, bandwidth part (BWP) configuration, or control resource set (CORESET) configuration. Information indicating the multiple configurations is transmitted from a base station (BS) to at least one user equipment (UE). The timing adjustments or frequency offsets are specifically configured for one UE, a group of UEs, or the UEs served by a single serving cell. Joint transmission from multiple cells/TRPs/spotbeams may involve partial/full subcarrier alignment.

A signal indicating the Doppler pre-compensation patterns is transmitted. The Doppler pre-compensated control signals comprise synchronization signals, system information blocks (SIBs), a radio resource control (RRC) message, or a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), and the Doppler pre-compensated data signals comprise a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). The signal indicating the Doppler pre-compensation patterns comprises one of an RRC message or a PDCCH, and may indicate absolute Doppler values or a difference between Doppler values. The PDCCH may indicate a time offset between the PDCCH PDSCH.

    摘要: A base station (BS) in a wireless communication network for bandwidth allocation requests (BARs) and method of operating the BS. The method includes receiving an uplink (UL) BAR for an amount of UL resources for transmission of UL data to the BS and determining, based at least in part on the UL BAR, an amount of backhaul resources for transmission of backhaul data from the BS to a parent BS of the BS via a wireless backhaul connection. The method further includes receiving the UL data; transmitting, to the parent BS at least before reception of the UL data is complete, a first BAR indicating the determined amount of the backhaul resources; and transmitting the received UL data to the parent BS via the wireless backhaul connection based on the first BAR.

During a training model input phase, the SMO entity receives a trained AI/ML model, metadata, and training results from the external AI/ML server via an interface and, during a configuration phase, the SMO entity uses the trained AI/ML model within the SMO entity and the non-RT RIC to transfer configuration parameters to a near-RT RIC.

The method further includes determining resources of the shared spectrum resources to use for the data transmission based on the intended transmission power and the coordination response message; and transmitting, to at least one terminal in a cell of the network entity, the data transmission based on the determined resources.
