Abstract: An torsion pivot device including an elastic element having an axis in a longitudinal direction is described. Two or more pivot structures may be engaged with separate portions of the elastic element along the axis to allow the pivot structures to exert torque force to the separate portions of the elastic element. An axial guide mechanism may be defined through the elastic element substantially along the axis. The pivot structures may be rotatably coupled with the elastic element via the axial guide mechanism to allow the pivot structures to pivot or rotate relative to each other around the axis. The elastic element may be deformed by the torque force via the pivoting or rotation of the pivot structures. Twisting tension may be induced by the deformed elastic element to counter the torque force.

Abstract: An exercise machine including a support frame, one or more arched frames and a grip frame detachably coupled together in a circular sequence is described. A locking control mechanism can allow detaching or attaching one end of the grip frame from the arched frames to configure the machine in an operating configuration or a collapsed configuration. The arched frames in an operating configuration are arranged substantially parallel to each other to allow a user positioned in between the arched frames to perform exercise movements. When one end of the grip frame is detached from the arched frame, the arched frames, the grip frame and the support frames may be folded (or foldable) into a collapsed configuration with the arched frames substantially stacked together covering each other. The arched frames, the support frame and the grip frame can remain coupled in sequence in the collapsed configuration.

The exerciser can include a track with two distal ends, two handle bars may be affixed to the track via the handle coupling assemblies, a plurality of leg members affixed to the track via leg coupling assemblies defined on a bottom side of the track, and slide assembly slidably coupled to the track and movable along the track. A handle bar affixed at a handle storage position via the handle coupling assembly may be substantially hidden under the track. Each leg member affixed at a leg storage position may extend towards the distal ends under the track to reduce the required storage space. Each handle bar affixed at the handle storage position may be fittingly inserted in between a pair the leg members affixed at the leg storage position to reduce the required storage space.

Abstract: An exercise machine applicable for strengthening users abdominal muscles is described. The machine can include a track frame and a support frame adjustably coupled to the track frame. The track frame can include parallel rails to provide gliding support for movement along the parallel rails. Two sliding assembly may be movably mounted on separate pairs of the parallel rails respectively. Each sliding assembly may be configurable to move together or separately along the parallel rails. Two seat pads may be adjustably secured to the two sliding assembly respectively. Each seat pad may be rotationally adjustable to change angular relationship between the seat pad's longitudinal direction and movement direction along the parallel rails.

The armrest holder can be oriented towards a direction having an angular relationship with an axis of the track frame between the lower end and the higher end. The armrest holder may capable of supporting the arms of the user making the movements with a twisting effect according to the angular relationship.
