The spiral-toothed gear wheel includes a pinion, which meshes on the power take-off side with a toothed rack, and a spiral-toothed gear, which is arranged on the pinion on the drive side in such a way that they rotate in unison, and on which a torque caused by a steering power or/and steering assist power acts. The spiral-toothed gear is designed as a built-up gear and includes a gear rim, which is arranged, relative to the axial direction of the gear or of the pinion thereof, between two flanges. The gear rim is pushed over a hub formed at one of the flanges and is fitted together with the flanges in a positive-locking manner. One of the flanges, namely, the flange having the hub for the gear rim, is made in one piece with the pinion.

    摘要: A helical bevel gear is proposed, in particular a worm gear, for an electrical auxiliary control, wherein said gear (G) has a pinion or a worm (1), which can be connected to a drive shaft of an electrical drive motor, and which is disposed in a gear housing, and is engaged with a helical wheel or worm wheel, wherein said pinion or said worm (1) is mounted radially and axially, wherein said gear (G) contains a bearing provided with balls (2) for the axial mounting of said pinion or said worm (1), which is secured in the axial direction (x) using at least one elastic element (5). The use of a special pivot bearing or pendulum bearing for a pivotable mounting of the pinion and/or the worm can even be disposed with by a helical bevel gear or worm gear (G) designed in this way. The axial mounting of the pinion or the worm can be implemented relatively simply and cost effectively, for example by a spring (5), the spring force thereof preferably being able to be adjusted using a set screw (6). Overall, a design of a low noise pinion or worm gear which is cost effective to produce and simple to handle in assembly thus results.

    摘要: The invention relates to a skew gear constructed as a built skew gear and provided with attenuation. The skew gear wheel has a first flange for rotation-locked arrangement of the skew gear on a shaft or a pinion, a second flange or a disk, and a ring gear arranged and rotatable therebetween. The two flanges, or the first flange and the disk, are frictionally or positively connected with one another, wherein their respective elements providing the connection extend through the ring gear in the axial direction. According to the invention, at least one elastomeric element is overmolded on an inside contour of the ring gear for forming the attenuation, so that the ring gear and the attenuation form a single unit.
