    摘要: A lamp head structure comprises a base and a circuit board. The base has an opening on the bottom and an open slot on at least one side. The circuit board has a respective electrically conducting layer on the bottom surface and at least one lateral surface. The circuit board is located inside the open slot of the base. The electrically conducting layer on the bottom surface of the circuit board is located corresponding to the opening on the bottom of the base. At least one light-emitting device is coupled to the circuit board. A positive electrode and a negative electrode of the light-emitting device are connected to the circuit board. The circuit board is coupled to the base to effectively simplify manufacture process and allow convenient repair.

    摘要: A light source device has: a light-emitting tube including a light-emitting portion that emits a light beam through electrodes and a pair of sealing portions provided on both sides of the light-emitting portion and lead wires for making electrical continuity between the electrodes and an external power source, the lead wires extending from the distal ends of the sealing portions, respectively; and a reflector having a concave reflecting surface that emits, from the opening thereof, the light beam irradiated by the light-emitting tube after aligning in a predetermined direction, in which the lead wire extends from the sealing portion on the light beam irradiation front side of the reflector up to the opening end portion of the reflector, the lead wire having bent portions in which the lead wire is sequentially bent along the shape of the opening edge portion. The lead wire is reliably fixed to the reflector by the spring force between the bent portions.

    摘要: An inductively powered gas discharge lamp including both a power coil and a heating coils associated with each filament. The heating coils enable the filaments to be preheated before the starting voltage is applied through the power coils. The inductive power coils and the inductive heater coils are contained within the lamp envelope, allowing the lamp to be entirely sealed. A method of dimming the lamp also is disclosed. The lamp is dimmed by both decreasing the power applied to the power coils and increasing the power applied to the heating coils so as to prevent the arc from extinguishing under lower voltage conditions.

    摘要: An ultraviolet gas discharge lamp having contact pins extending from a base cap toward an opposing end in reverse pin fashion. The lamp is placed within a conduit or duct for disinfecting air or water flowing within the conduit. The reverse contact pins that extend toward the opposing end mate with contact holes in a socket attached to the conduit through which the lamp is inserted. The lamp is only energized when the lamp is fully inserted into the duct and is de-energized upon removing the lamp from the duct. A shroud may protect the pins. A window may be incorporated in the base cap so as to visually confirm that the lamp is energized and radiating. A key and mating receiver may be used on the base cap and the socket so as to prevent accidental insertion of an inappropriate lamp. A locking latch may also be included.

There are advantages as follows: an urgent lighting, the electronic ballast and the compact lamp tube are integrated as one whole; it is convenient for mounting and exchanging, a cost for mounting is greatly reduced; it is possible for repacking to maintain an original means, to reduce a contamination of waste; its weight is light; its power factor is high, more than 95%, it is economical in power, a cost for transporting is low; the color rendering index (CRI) is more than 80%; it is ignited immediately after it is turned on, it does not flash; it is applied to lamps having deferent power; the life of the lamp tube is prolonged by 50%; its output brightness is higher than existing lamps by twice or more; the lamp tube still steadily operates when a power supply is unexpected to be shut off, which reduces accident cases; the whole distortion of a resonant wave becomes smaller than 30%.
