    摘要： A molded article capable of floatably supporting a human body, which comprises a seamless fluid-containing structure having a predetermined shape, and a supporting framework or the like to laterally support the structure so that one surface of it may be used as a floatable support, said article being manufactured by a mold and molding process wherein said mold has a small hatch or other small opening for providing access to the mold interior. Said mold is rotated and heated at predetermined rates and under predetermined conditions until said mold interior is evenly coated with plastic, the plastic is thereafter cured, and the finished product is then removed from the mold through the hatch.

    摘要： An upholstery construction particularly adapted for chairs used by doctors'' patients, such chairs having a head-back support, a seat support and a leg support which are pivotally interconnected for relative angular movement between a position in which the patient is supported in a sitting position and a position in which the patient is supported in a reclined position, the upholstery having corresponding cushions which are interconnected and relatively movable to conform to the chair; the upholstery including a longitudinally extending centrally disposed strap construction connected to the upholstery cushions to permit limited longitudinal movement and is yieldably secured to the head-back, seat and leg supports to permit change in the relative position of the cushions to correspond to change in angular relation of the supports.

    摘要： A tufted air mattress including a first printed sheet and a second sheet. The first printed sheet is printed over a selected area with an ink containing a fluoropolymer. The portion of the printed sheet with the ink defines a coated area. The first printed sheet attached to the second sheet where the printed sheet is not coated with the ink. The coated area of the printed sheet inhibits heat welding of the first sheet to the second sheet. The coated area also lubricates the first and second sheets to aid in inflating the air mattress without flaking and contaminating the air inflating the air mattress. In one embodiment of such a mattress, three sheets define two air volumes that are alternatingly inflated and deflated through an alternating air supply valve.
