    Abstract: A pressing device includes: a plurality of pressing portions each configured to generate a pressing force toward a treatment target surface facing in a first direction and arranged in a direction intersecting the first direction; and an interlocking mechanism configured to interlock the plurality of pressing portions and control a pressing amount of each of the pressing portions in the first direction. For example, each of the pressing portions is a fluid device configured to be deformed by a pressure of an internal fluid to generate the pressing force in the first direction, and the interlocking mechanism includes a fluid supply portion configured to supply a fluid to a plurality of the fluid devices and a plurality of speed control valves provided for the respective plurality of the fluid devices and configured to adjust a supply rate of the fluid to each of the fluid devices.

    Abstract: According to the die cushion apparatus of a press machine and the die cushion controlling method of the present invention, in holding the cushion pad on standby at a desired standby position, it is possible to hold the cushion pad on standby in parallel with the lower faces of the dies mounted to the slide, and if the lower faces of the dies are inclined, it is possible to hold the cushion pad on standby in the state of being inclined. Through this configuration, it is possible to easily allow the material to come into contact with the lower faces of the dies from the beginning of the die cushion force control (beginning of the collision), and also possible to smoothen the die cushion action in the plane, thereby enhancing the formability.

    Abstract: A slide motion control apparatus for a mechanical press comprising: a slide which is disposed so as to be relatively vertically movable with respect to a driven body to which a drive force is transmitted through a con rod of the mechanical press; a relative position commander that outputs a relative position command indicating a relative position of the slide with respect to the driven body; a relative position detector that detects a relative position of the slide with respect to the driven body, and outputs a relative position detecting signal indicating the detected relative position; a servomotor; a drive mechanism that relatively moves the slide with respect to the driven body by a drive force of the servomotor; and a controller that controls the servomotor based on a relative position command signal output from the relative position commander, and the relative position detecting signal output from the relative position detector.

    Abstract: A pressing apparatus is disclosed. The pressing apparatus includes: a static pressing plate; a movable pressing plate opposing the static pressing plate and including a plurality of movable press-blocks; a pressure sensor provided in each respective movable press-blocks; a plurality of drive units provided corresponding to the plurality of movable press-blocks, each drive unit being connected with one movable press-block for driving the corresponding movable press-block; a control unit electrically connected with each drive unit and each pressure sensor, the control unit being configured to compare the detected pressure value from each pressure sensor with a predefined pressure value, and adjust the pressure value between the corresponding movable press-block and the static pressing plate by means of the corresponding drive unit based on the comparison result.
