摘要: A method of assembling a vehicular camera includes providing a front camera housing including a lens and an imager, providing a rear camera housing, and a PCB. The rear camera housing includes a spring-loaded electrical connector and the PCB has first and second electrically conductive traces. The spring-loaded electrical includes inner and outer electrically conductive terminals that are movable relative to the base portion and are spring-biased towards an extended state and are compressible towards a compressed state. The rear camera housing is moved toward engagement with the front camera housing so that the terminals, in their extended state, engage the traces. The rear camera housing is attached at the front camera housing so that the terminals compress towards their compressed state. After the rear camera housing is attached at the front camera housing, the terminals are in spring-biased electrical connection with the traces at the PCB.

摘要: An electronic controller of a vehicle is in electronic communication with lamp cover condition sensors, a headlamp switch, an off-road lamp switch and an electronic display. The electronic controller is configured to turn on the off-road lamp device in response to the off-road lamp switch being switched to the on condition and further in response to each of a plurality of predetermined conditions being met, the electronic controller further being configured to prevent the off-road lamp device from turning on in response to the off-road lamp switch being switched to the on condition and further in response to at least one of the plurality of predetermined conditions not being met, the predetermined conditions including at least a determination that the removable lamp cover of the off-road device has been removed, and a determination that the headlamp switch is in the second operating condition.

A plurality of photodiodes situated on a circuit board are arranged between the outer pane and the inner pane. The photodiodes are surface-mounted device (SMD) components. The photodiodes are arranged on the circuit board as groups of parallel connected photodiodes. All groups of the parallel connected photodiodes are connected to a common electrical input and each group is connected to a separate electrical output.

摘要: A vehicle lamp system includes an imaging unit, a luminance analysis unit, an illuminance setting unit, a light source unit and a light source control unit. The light source control unit controls the light source unit to periodically form a reference light distribution pattern including at least a part of a fixed illuminance area which does not depend on the illuminance value determined by the illuminance setting unit. The illuminance setting unit determines the illuminance value based on a reference detection result including the detection result of the luminance analysis unit obtained under the formation of the reference light distribution pattern, and updates the illuminance value when the new reference detection result is obtained.

摘要: A drive assist control apparatus assists a driving of a vehicle by controlling a light image projected on a road surface in front of the vehicle. The drive assist control apparatus includes a light image projector, a change portion detector, and a light image corrector. The light image projector projects an informative light image on the road surface. The informative light image represents information to be displayed to an occupant in the vehicle. The change portion detector detects a gradient change portion where a gradient of the road surface changes. The light image corrector corrects a projection position of the informative light image projected by the light image projector. The light image corrector moves the projection position to a position nearer to the occupant than the gradient change portion detected by the change portion detector.
