Abstract: A cold-rolled and annealed steel sheet is provided, the chemical composition of which comprises, the contents being expressed by weight percent: 0.10≤C≤0.13% 2.4≤Mn≤2.8% 0.30≤Si≤0.55% 0.30≤Cr≤0.56% 0.020≤Ti≤0.050% 0.0020≤B≤0.0040% 0.005≤Al≤0.050% Mo≤0.010% Nb≤0.040% 0.002≤N≤0.008% S≤0.005% P≤0.020%, the remainder consisting of iron and unavoidable impurities resulting from the smelting, the steel sheet having a microstructure consisting of, in surface proportion, martensite and/or lower bainite, said martensite comprising fresh martensite and/or self-tempered martensite, the sum of the surface proportions of martensite and lower bainite being comprised between 60 to 95%, 4 to 35% of low carbide containing bainite, 0 to 5% of ferrite, and less than 5% of retained austenite in island form.

Abstract: Zn alloy plated steel material having excellent weldability and processed-part corrosion resistance and a method for production of Zn alloy plated steel material are provided. In the Zn alloy plated steel material comprising base steel material and a Zn alloy plating layer, the Zn alloy plating layer includes, by wt %, Al: 0.1-5.0%, Mg: 0.1-5.0%, as well as a remainder of Zn and inevitable impurities. The Zn alloy plated steel material includes a lower interface layer and an upper interface layer between the base steel material and the Zn alloy plating layer, wherein the lower interface layer is formed on the base steel material and has a dense structure, and the upper interface layer is formed on the lower interface layer and has a network-type or island-type structure.

Abstract: There is provided a high-manganese steel with superior coating adhesion and a method of producing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet from same. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a high-manganese steel is characterized by including, by weight, C: 0.3-1%, Mn: 8-25%, Al: 1-8%, Si: 0.1-3.0%, Ti: 0.01-0.2%, Sn: 0.06-0.2%, B: 0.0005-0.01%, with the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities. The present disclosure can provide a high-manganese and hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with superior surface quality as well as with high strength and workability by preventing coating failures that may be caused by manganese.

The steel sheet having a microstructure containing, by an area percentage basis, a tempered martensite phase: 30% or more and 73% or less, a ferrite phase: 25% or more and 68% or less, a retained austenite phase: 2% or more and 20% or less, and other phases: 10% or less (including 0%), the other phases containing a martensite phase: 3% or less (including 0%) and a bainitic ferrite phase: less than 5% (including 0%).
