摘要： A system for a screwless rail fastening includes a spring element and a supporting collar. The spring element has a bearing section, a curved section, a holding-down section, aligned in the opposite direction to the bearing section, a curved section curved in the direction of the bearing section, and a locking section aligned transversally to the bearing section. The supporting collar includes a fastening section for retaining the supporting collar on the foundation, a carrier section supported by the fastening section, a bearing recess formed on the carrier section for mounting of the bearing section, and a locking head supported by the carrier section on which a counter-bearing for the locking section is formed so that the locking section is retained in a position relative to the bearing section of the spring element.

摘要： An assembly for mounting a longitudinally extending track on a substrate has a track plate having a top face adapted to carry the track and formed unitarily below the top face with a plurality of longitudinally extending tongues, a base plate at least partially below the track plate, adapted to be anchored to the substrate, horizontally surrounding the tongues of the track plate, and formed with a plurality of longitudinally extending tongues transversely spaced from, longitudinally interleaved with, and horizontally at least partially level with the tongues of the track plate. The track plate and base plate are wholly out of direct engagement with and spaced vertically and/or horizontally from each other. An elastic jacket or liner is engaged between the plates and between the tongues of the track plate and the tongues of the base plate.

摘要： A bonded fastener for a railway rail comprising: top and bottom generally horizontal plates bonded and separated by an insulating material wherein the top plate defines a rail bed; a plurality of clip housings wherein each clip housing houses part of a hold-down clip for attaching the rail to the bonded fastener; a plurality of anchor assembly areas wherein each anchor assembly area defines an opening through the bonded fastener for receiving an attachment device for attaching the fastener to a supporting surface; and one or more generally vertical barriers comprising part of the bonded fastener. Further, a first generally horizontal barrier may extend from the bonded fastener underneath each of the clip housings, and a second generally horizontal barrier may extend from the rail bed underneath the rail on each side of the bonded fastener.

摘要： A system includes a guide plate, a fastening member and a resilient member, for fastening a rail on a solid base. The guide plate serves as a guide for the rail in the horizontal direction and as a stop for movements of the rail in the vertical direction. The guide plate has a contacting surface against which the longitudinal side of the foot of the rail rests. The resilient member which rests on the guide plate exerts substantially no hold-down force on the rail and merely supports the guide plate elastically against the clamping member. The resilient member is of a W-shaped or S-shaped configuration and, in the fitted state, a portion thereof projects sufficiently far over the foot of the rail for it to be retained resiliently by the resilient member if it is moved upwards in the vertical direction.
