摘要: The present disclosure relates to a novel strain for inhibiting a Chinese cabbage soft rot disease from microorganisms isolated from samples of a bacillus source of soil polluted with a soft-rot disease, a culture medium and crude extract using the culture medium, an environmentally friendly plant disease control agent using same, and a method for utilizing same as an environment-friendly preparation biopesticide by using same as a raw material. The present disclosure also relates to a control method for treating soils or plants using an environmentally friendly Chinese cabbage soft-rot disease control agent through various formulation methods by using the strain, a culture medium thereof, and a crude extract thereof.

摘要: Proposed are a composition for an eco-friendly filament using soybean hulls and a 3D printing eco-friendly filament manufactured by using the same. A manufacturing method of the 3D printing eco-friendly filament by using soybean hulls includes a first step of manufacturing soybean hull powder by grinding the soybean hulls, a second step of manufacturing a composition for an eco-friendly filament by adding biodegradable plastic resin to the soybean hull powder and mixing the biodegradable plastic resin with the soybean hull powder, and a third step of manufacturing the 3D printing eco-friendly filament by cooling the composition for an eco-friendly filament after extruding the composition for an eco-friendly filament through an extruder for filament formation. The composition for a safe and eco-friendly filament while discarded soybean hulls are used for resource utilization and the 3D printing eco-friendly filament manufactured by using the same are provided.

摘要: Proposed is an intestinal microbiome-improving composition containing ellagic acid as an active ingredient. The ellagic acid inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria such as Verrucomicrobia and Bacteroidetes attributable to alcohol intake and increases the growth of beneficial bacteria such as Firmicutes, thereby controlling intestinal microbes. As a result, the ellagic acid exhibits the effect of inhibiting an increase in a plasma endotoxin level, an increase in an intestinal TNF-α level, an increase in intestinal oxidative stress, a decrease in expression of intestinal TJ and AJ proteins, liver fat accumulation, an increase in plasma ALT, an increase in triglycerides, and hepatic oxidative stress and apoptosis. The composition containing ellagic acid as an active ingredient is provided as an intestinal microbe-improving composition and a preventive and therapeutic preparation for alcoholic fatty liver.

摘要: Proposed are a method of controlling Riptortus pedestris by enhancing a biological activity of Beauveria bassiana ARP14 and a controlling composition thereof. The control method includes co-treating Riptortus pedestris with azadirachtin and the Beauveria bassiana ARP14 strain (KCTC 12979BP). The control significantly increases the infectivity and mortality effect of the Beauveria bassiana ARP14 strain on Riptortus pedestris by enhancing the bioactivity of the Beauveria bassiana ARP14 strain through co-treatment with the Beauveria bassiana ARP14 strain and azadirachtin, especially the early infectivity and early mortality rate. The control method and composition can be widely used as safe and effective control measures against Riptortus pedestris.

摘要: Proposed is an immunity-enhancing composition containing a Syneilesis palmata extract as an active ingredient. The Syneilesis palmata extract activates macrophage phagocytosis, promotes the production of nitric oxide (NO), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and induces TLR2/4 stimulation. 摘要: Provides is an anti-obesity composition, including a low-temperature Geumhwagyu extract as an active ingredient. The extract was obtained by adding Geumhwagyu to low-temperature water at 4 to 50° C. and extracting for 1 to 20 hours. The extract increases energy consumption through an increase in expression of adipose triglyceride lipase (ATGL) and hormone-sensitivity lipase (HSL), lipolysis through inhibition of expression of perilipin-1, and thermal generation through an increase in expression of uncoupling protein (UCP).
