摘要: A crosslapper, a process and a formed fabric web shielding device for a cross lapper shield a formed fabric web moved in the crosslapper. The formed fabric web has a bottom side, a top side and side surfaces located at formed fabric longitudinal edges. The crosslapper includes a displaceable main carriage and a crosslapper laying belt feeding the formed fabric web in a web direction to the displaceable main carriage with the formed fabric web bottom side located on the cross lapper laying belt. The shielding device includes a housing configured to be arranged in the crosslapper and configured to cover the side surfaces of the formed fabric web located on the laying belt and being fed to the displaceable main carriage, which side surfaces extend along the web direction, to shield the side surfaces of the formed fabric web against external environmental effects.

摘要: A nonwoven fabric-laying device, in particular a cross-laying device, and an operating method are provided. The nonwoven fabric-laying device (1) is used for folding down and depositing a supplied fibrous sheet (3) to form a multi-layered nonwoven fabric (32) and, for conveying the sheet, has a plurality of linearly movably guided carriages (10 to 16) which are driven by a carriage drive and has a plurality of conveyor belts (7, 8) guided by means of the carriages (10 to 16). One or more carriages (10 to 16) are directly driven by an electric linear motor (19).

摘要: A packaging of compressed bales (1) includes packaging (11) surrounding the compressed bale. The compressed bale is formed from highly compressed, preferably short-cut, textile fibers and has mutually opposite pressing sides (5, 6), which are acted upon by a pressing device (32) in a pressing direction (10), and circumferential sides (7, 8), which are arranged between the pressing sides. The packaging has multipart film packaging (12) resting on the bale body (4) and first strapping (22) with a plurality of parallel endless bands (23) that are laid over the pressing sides of the compressed bale. An additional strapping (25) having a plurality of endless strapping bands (26, 27) are applied to the compressed bale. The strapping bands are laid peripherally only over the circumferential sides and are arranged externally on the film packaging and on the bands. The strapping bands cross the bands, forming cross strapping (21).

摘要: A jet suction method and a jet suction box (14), for a suctioning apparatus (6) of a device (1) for water jet consolidation of a fibrous material web (2), sucks in the liquid jets (4) emitted by the device (1) for water jet consolidation and issuing from the fibrous material web (2) again. A box casing (18) thereof has arranged therein at least one slot shape casing opening (20) which leads to a box interior (17). The jet suction box (14) has on the box casing (18) at least one nozzle attachment (24) which is arranged above the casing opening (20) and which has a slot shape suction opening (25) with a width steadily increasing towards the box interior (17) and towards the casing opening (20). A width of the casing opening (20) is equal to or greater than the outlet-side width of the suction opening (25).

摘要: A method and a fiber-treatment system dry wet or damp fibers. A fiber mat (13) including wet or damp fibers is formed on a treatment band (31) which is moved in a conveying direction (x). An air flow (36, 36a) composed of heated drying air is generated in the fiber dryer (30). The heated drying air is guided in an upward direction through the treatment band and the fibers contained in the fibre mat (13, 14) are loosened and dried. Linters (16) possibly produced by any moving fibers are captured by a filter band (32) arranged above the treatment band, which is also moved in the conveying direction (x). At the outlet of the fiber dryer, the fibers are detached from a support (17) formed on the filter band, in particular when guiding the detached fibers back towards the dried fibers guided to the treatment band (31, 31c).

摘要: A carding apparatus (2) and a carding method for producing a card web (12) are based on the carding apparatus (2) including a web forming device (5) for creating a preliminary web (3), followed by a web layering apparatus (7) which is followed by a card (6), and a controllable or adjustable profiling device (8). The profiling device (8) precedes or is associated with the web layering apparatus (7). The profiling device (8) is used for profiling the preliminary web (3) in order to preventively compensate for peripheral bulges in the card web (12) discharged by the card (6).
