摘要: Provided is an organic electroluminescent device. The organic electroluminescent device comprises: an anode, a cathode, an emissive layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, and an electron blocking layer disposed between the anode and the emissive layer, wherein the electron blocking layer comprises an electron blocking material; the capacitance of the organic electroluminescent device satisfies the following condition: at 500 Hz, a maximum capacitance value of the organic electroluminescent device is Cmax, and ΔC=C0−Cmax≥0.4 nF; the electron blocking material has a hole mobility μh≤65×10−5 cm2/(V·s); a hole-only device of the emissive layer has a drive voltage VHOD@J10≤8.0 V at a current density of 10 mA/cm2, and an electron-only device of the emissive layer has a drive voltage VEOD@J10≤8.0 V at a current density of 10 mA/cm2. The organic electroluminescent device can greatly reduce device capacitance and further reduce a device voltage and improve device efficiency so that the device has better performance. Further provided is a display assembly comprising the organic electroluminescent device.

摘要: Provided is an organic light-emitting material having an ancillary ligand with partially fluorinated substituents. The organic light-emitting material is a metal complex having a diketone ancillary ligand with partially fluorinated substituents and may be used as a light-emitting material in an organic electroluminescent device. These new types of metal complex can fine-tune the emission wavelength more effectively, reduce voltage, improve efficiency, prolong lifetimes, and provide better device performance. Further provided are an organic electroluminescent device and a compound formulation.
