摘要: An improved living area estimation system is described herein that can control and/or use data obtained by a residential robotic device that operates within a structure to estimate the living area. In particular, a residential robotic device may navigate along a predetermined or dynamically-determined route on one floor of the structure. As the residential robotic device travels along the route, the residential robotic device can use one or more sensors to track the area covered. The living area estimation system can obtain a traversed area map directly or indirectly from the residential robotic device, use image processing techniques to enhance the traversed area map, and estimate a living area of a floor on which the residential robotic device operated using the enhanced traversed area map. The living area estimation system can then use artificial intelligence and the estimated floor living area to estimate the living area of a structure.

摘要: An improved parcel growth prediction system that uses parcel data, population data, and artificial intelligence to predict the growth of a geographic area at a micro level (e.g., a real estate parcel level) is described herein. For example, the improved parcel growth prediction system may generate a graph model and apply the graph model as an input to an artificial intelligence model to predict the likelihood that a particular parcel may be developed some time in the future. Ultimately, implementing the improved parcel growth prediction system described herein may lead to more precise placements of infrastructure projects and/or to infrastructure projects that more precisely support the needs of the population of a geographic area as time passes.

摘要: An improved computing system can use mobility data corresponding to a particular mobile device to identify one or more geographic locations to which the mobile device traveled within a certain period of time. The computing system can use parcel data to identify parcels that are located at any one of the identified geographic locations. The computing system can further use the parcel data to identify a subset of the identified parcels that are listed for sale or rent. If the computing system identifies at least one parcel that the mobile device visited that is available on the market, this may indicate that the user who operates the mobile device may be shopping for a home. In response, the computing system can update information about the user to indicate that the user may be shopping for a home.

By linking data records despite the issues described above, the data linking system reduces the number of navigational steps a user performs to obtain data associated with a property and/or reduces data processing times. The disclosed system may be used to generate and maintain a comprehensive database of substantially all properties within a jurisdiction, in which a unique identifier is assigned to each property.

摘要: In some embodiments, scripts may be used to perform parcel data acquisition, conversion, and clean-up/repair in an automated manner and/or through graphical user interfaces. The scripts may be used, for example, to repair geometries of new parcel data, convert multi-part parcel geometries to single part parcel geometries (explode), eliminate duplicate parcel geometries, append columns, create feature classes, and append feature classes. These scripts may be executed in a predetermined manner to increase efficiency. In some embodiments, different combinations of attributes may be appended to stored parcel data. In some embodiments, a tracking application may be used to track information about sources of data. In some embodiments, a tracking application may be used to track which system users are assigned to specific tasks (e.g., in a data acquisition project).
