摘要: A method and system for treating cyanide-containing fluids, in particular cyanide-containing waste water, wherein cyanide-containing fluid is subject to a pretreatment in a pretreatment zone, in which at least one predetermined pH value and a predetermined temperature is set, wherein a base fluid is formed with the pretreatment. Base fluid is reacted at least with an oxidation means in at least one reaction reactor, whereby an oxidation reaction of the cyanide is initiated. Fluid from the reaction reactor is transferred as intermediate fluid into at least one process reactor, in which conditions exist in which the oxidation reaction of the cyanide initiated in the reaction reactor can take place, wherein a process fluid is formed. A continuous flow of fluid is maintained at least periodically, wherein the base fluid is transferred continuously from the pretreatment zone into the reaction reactor, intermediate fluid is transferred continuously from the reaction reactor into the process reactor, and process fluid is removed continuously from the process reactor.

摘要: A furnace for thermal treatment, in particular for carbonization and/or graphitization, of material, in particular fibers, in particular fibers of oxidized polyacrylonitrile PAN. During the thermal treatment, a pyrolysis gas is released from the material. The furnace includes a housing, a process space, which is located in the interior of the housing and is delimited by a process space housing and through which the material can be fed, a heating system for heating a process space atmosphere prevailing in the process space, and an extraction system for suctioning process space atmosphere laden with pyrolysis gas from the process space. The extraction system has at least one suction device having a suction channel, which is delimited by a channel wall and which is connected to the process space by means of a suction opening. The suction opening is arranged in a region of the process space in which, during operation of the furnace a temperature prevails at which no or only moderate chemical reactions occur between the pyrolysis gas and the process space housing and/or the channel wall.

摘要: Flue gases are produced in a combustion chamber of a burner unit, in particular for the combustion of exhaust air. Combustion gas can be supplied to a gas burner via a combustion gas line and feed air, in particular exhaust air that can be used as feed air, is supplied to said burner via a feed air line. The feed air is divided into primary air and secondary air by a device. The primary air is mixed with the combustion gas, in a mixing zone, to form a primary air/combustion gas mixture, said primary air/combustion gas mixture being supplied to the combustion chamber. A flue gas re-circulation system comprises a through-flow chamber which is connected to the combustion chamber and in which the secondary air is mixed with the flue gases occurring in the combustion chamber to form a secondary air/flue-gas mixture. The secondary air/flue-gas mixture is supplied to the primary air/combustion gas mixture in the combustion chamber by means of a device. At least one internal cylindrical surface of the through-flow chamber forms a Coanda profile in the direction of flow. A device for the temperature control of objects, in particular for drying painted vehicle bodies, comprises a temperature-control tunnel that is accommodated in a housing and that defines at least one tunnel section comprising at least one air outlet and at least one air inlet. A heating assembly, in which a hot primary gas can be generated by means of a burner unit of this type, is associated with the tunnel section.
