摘要: System includes an article supply location including a plurality of articles, and an overhead rail network with a plurality of rail sections. A self-guided and self-propelled hanging vehicle travels in both directions along the plurality of rail sections. The hanging vehicle has a first position in which a carrier containing at least one selected article is engaged with the hanging vehicle and a second position in which the carrier is detached from the hanging vehicle. The system further includes a controller. The controller determines a first delivery location among a plurality of delivery locations to deliver, with the hanging vehicle, the selected article based on a destination determined for the selected article. The controller further directs delivery of the carrier at the first delivery location by manipulation of the hanging vehicle from the first position to the second position.

摘要: A traveling vehicle system includes a plurality of traveling vehicles, a controller that controls the plurality of transport vehicles, a traveling region of the traveling vehicles having a plurality of blocking sections each of which undergoes exclusive control to prohibit another traveling vehicle from moving thereinto. The traveling vehicle makes a request to the controller for occupation permissions regarding a plurality of blocking sections to be occupied by the traveling vehicle and are designated by instructions. The controller then determines, among the plurality of blocking sections for which the traveling vehicle makes a request for occupation permissions, one or more of the blocking sections that are able to allow permissions consecutively from an end thereof to be primarily occupied, based on the traveling direction of the traveling vehicle, and the controller grants the traveling vehicle the permissions for one or more blocking sections determined to allow the permissions.

摘要: A rail-guided vehicle system includes a detectable portion in front of a carrier at a predetermined position in a traveling direction and detectable by an obstacle detector, and a controller to determine a state of the obstacle detector based on a detection result of the detectable portion by the obstacle detector. The detectable portion is movable to advance into a travel space of the carrier at a time of inspection to check operation of the obstacle detector and to retreat from the travel space of the carrier at a time of passage when the carrier passes through an advance position of the detectable portion.

摘要: The invention relates to a vehicle displaceable along aerial conductors of an electricity transmission line. The vehicle includes a body having arms. Each arm has a first end pivotably mounted to the body and a second distal end. A motorized wheel is mounted to each arm to engage one of the conductors to displace the vehicle. Support rotors have at least two blades. Each blade has an arm portion extending from the support rotor and a contact portion extending from the arm portion to engage one of the conductors to temporarily support the vehicle. An arm displacement mechanism engages the arms, and is operable to displace the arms in a direction transverse to a direction of travel of the vehicle to move the arms together and apart.

摘要: An overhead transport vehicle includes a first supporting part support, a second support, and a link. The first support includes a first buffer and is connected to a belt on one side of a body in a width direction in plan view. The second support includes a second buffer and is connected to a belt at the other side of the body in the width direction. The link connects the first support and the second support, and reduces each of a first distance between the first support and a base and a second distance between the second support and the base in the vertical direction. The link includes at least one of a third buffer to allow relative movement of the base in a travel direction and a fourth buffer part to allow relative movement thereof in the width direction with respect to the first and second supports.
