摘要: The subject of the invention is a dispensing nozzle for dispensing a fluid into a tank of a motor vehicle. The dispensing nozzle comprises the following features: the dispensing nozzle comprises a channel (30) for passing through the fluid, wherein a main valve (5) is arranged in the channel (30), said main valve being movable between a closed position and an open position for controlling a fluid flow, the dispensing nozzle comprises a first maximum volumetric flow rate and a second maximum volumetric flow rate, wherein the second maximum volumetric flow rate is greater than the first, According to the invention it is provided that the dispensing nozzle comprises an adjustable flow limiter (22) which is arranged downstream of the main valve (5) and which is configured to limit the fluid flow selectively to the first or second maximum volumetric flow rate. The dispensing nozzle also comprises an actuating device (20, 21) which is configured for interaction with a signal element (29) which is assigned to the tank of the motor vehicle and for the selective adjustment of the flow limiter (22) to the first or the second maximum volumetric flow rate. By the provision of a flow limiter which is adjustable due to an interaction with the signal element, a rapid and reliable filling of different-sized containers containing liquid is ensured in a structurally simple manner.

The filling nozzle also has a membrane (26) which separates a first membrane space (27) from a second membrane space (28) and which can be moved to actuate the coupling device (22) by means of a pressure difference existing between the first membrane space (27) and the second membrane space (28). A vacuum can be applied to the first membrane space (27), wherein a sensor line (19) opens into the first membrane space (27). According to the invention, the second membrane space (28) is sealed with respect to the fluid channel (15) and is fluidically connected via a ventilation channel (29) to the surroundings outside the filling nozzle, wherein the fluid flows around a part of the coupling device (22) situated outside the second membrane space (28) when the main valve (16) is opened. The reliability of the triggering of the coupling device can be considerably improved in this way.

The breakaway coupling has an anti-rotation safeguard which, during operation of the coupling, prevents a rotation of the first coupling part (3) and the second coupling part (4) with respect to one another. According to the invention, the valve seat (21) has a bearing surface (24) for the sealing body (14), wherein a compensatory element (25) is arranged in the region of the bearing surface (24), which compensatory element (25) consists of a material which has a lower hardness than the material of the valve seat (21) and/or than the material of the sealing body (14).

摘要: The invention relates to an assembly comprising a flexible hose (16) and a control unit (17), a heating wire (27, 28) being guided along an axial direction of the hose and embedded. The control unit is designed to deliver electrical power to the heating wire, in order to heat a medium conveyed by the dispensing hose or an outer surface of the hose. The invention also relates to a dispensing system (13, 13′) for delivering an aqueous urea solution and/or for delivering a compressed or liquefied gas. The dispensing system comprises a conveying device for the operating fluid, a dispensing valve (15) for discharging the operating fluid, and a flexible dispensing hose (16) which connects the conveying device to the dispensing valve to allow positioning of the dispensing valve on a filler neck of a vehicle tank. The dispensing hose has a hose wall in which a heating wire (27, 28) guided along an axial direction of the dispensing hose is embedded. The dispensing hose and the dispensing valve are designed to be operated in a zone 1 according to the ATEX Workplace Directive 1999/92/EC, the dispensing system having an installation space designed for shielding with respect to a zone according to the ATEX Workplace Directive 1999/92/EC and a control unit which is positioned in this installation space and is designed to deliver electrical power to the heating wire in order to heat an operating fluid conveyed by the dispensing hose. Freezing of the operating fluid can be avoided by these measures in an economical and failsafe manner.
