    摘要： An impeller an axis passing through a void and blades extending from the void. A housing: has a planar terminus defined by the housing; is rotatably mounted to the impeller such that, when the housing is positioned with the terminus horizontal and defining the housing bottom, the axis extends vertically and the impeller is above the terminus. The housing has a tubular sidewall: through which the axis extends and in which the impeller is positioned; shaped and dimensioned such that a gap is defined between the sidewall and a notional plane aligned with the terminus to direct air flow ejected from the impeller through the gap. The housing further has a screen occluding the sidewall end distal to the terminus, adapted to allow throughpassage of air and to restrict throughpassage of fingers and such that the screen has a portion that lies in the void. A motor rotates the impeller.

    摘要： A pedicure spa station platform that includes a raised platform having a front and a rear, and a seat area on the top surface of the platform for attaching a seat or chair. The platform has a basin tray for holding a basin. The basin tray area is positioned in front of the seat mount location. A well entrance is located between the seat area and the basin tray. The well has a sidewall with a front portion and a back portion, and a drain positioned in the sidewall. The sidewall forms a rim near the front portion (the well entrance). A vertical riser is positioned in front of the basin tray, and the vertical riser terminates in a footrest, where the footrest extends in part over and above the basin tray. The foot rest is movable with respect to the raised platform.

    摘要： The foot spa has a rotating drive hub and a pump. The hub has North and South pole domains encircling a rotation axis in alternating relation. The pump includes a housing and an impeller, the housing having a pair of sides and defining: a cavity having a center and a periphery; an intake that communicates with the cavity center; and one or more ports communicating with the periphery. The impeller is mounted in the cavity and: defines blades which are adapted, upon rotation of the impeller in the cavity, to draw water through the intake and eject water through the one or more ports; and includes a portion that is ferromagnetic and a portion that is not ferromagnetic, the portions: being adapted such that rotation of the drive hub causes rotation of the impeller and abutting one another, one being axially displaced from the other.
