摘要： A bag includes: a bag body at least having a first surface and a second surface facing each other with a storing space formed between the first surface and the second surface; and a tape member provided between the first surface and the second surface and defining one side of the storing space. The tape member includes, in a cross section, a first portion formed of a first resin composition and a second portion formed of a second resin composition different from the first resin composition. The first portion is bonded to both the first surface and the second surface at a first section of a longitudinal direction of the tape member while bonded to only the second surface at a second section of the longitudinal direction, and the second portion is bonded to the first surface at the second section.

摘要： A male belt-shaped base having a male member with a short width, and a separation strip are heat-sealed to a film. A female belt-shaped base having a female member with a long width is heat-sealed at a predetermined position so that the male portion and the female portion are at engageable positions. The film is layered and suitably sealed to form a zipper-tape bag. The film and the separation strip are cut to form a cut portion at a non-bonded region in which the film of the zipper-tape bag is not bonded, thereby forming an unsealing tab. The unsealing tab can be easily formed by simply cutting the film.

摘要： A resin sheet is manufactured by: forming a rapidly-cooled transparent polypropylene sheet by rapidly cooling a molten polypropylene resin; laminating on the rapidly-cooled transparent polypropylene sheet a resin layer of polyurethane resin, the polyurethane resin having a tensile-rupture elongation in a range from 150% to 900% and a softening point in a range from 50 degrees C. to 180 degrees C.; and laminating a print layer on the resin layer. A molded article having a non-planar molding made of the resin sheet is provided by insert molding. The molding is formed into a complicated shape where a part of the molding has: 150% or more of an elongation ratio; 0.8 or less of a film-thickness ratio (B/A) before and after the sheet is molded; and/or a surface area ratio (Y/X) before and after the sheet is molded in a range from 1.5 to 5.

摘要： A light-absorbing layer and a bonding layer are layered on a first side of each of a belt-shaped male base portion integrated with a male portion and a female base portion integrated with a female portion on a side of the male and female base portions opposite the first side. The light-absorbing layer contains a light-absorbing material having a wavelength absorption range from 800 nm to 1200 nm to absorb a laser beam of the range. The bonding layer contains a low-melting-point resin in a form of a metallocene linear low-density polyethylene having a melting point ranging from 60 degrees C. to 120 degrees C. When the zipper tape is bonded to the base film, the laser beam is applied to heat the light-absorbing layer to melt the bonding layer. The melted bonding layer is pressure-bonded to the base film. The base film can be bonded without causing thermal degradation.

摘要： A bag body includes a bag main body and a zipper tape heat-sealed to an inner surface of the bag main body. The zipper tape comprises a pair of belt-shaped bases and two pairs of mating portions configured to be mated with each other. One of the belt-shaped bases is attached to the bag main body only at a widthwise side near an opening. First one of the mating portions includes a pair of hooks provided to each of the belt-shaped bases and respectively having nails at ends of the hooks that are configured to be meshed with each other. The second mating portion includes a concave female mating portion provided to the belt-shaped base and a male mating portion having the same shape as the hook and configured to disengageably mate with the female mating portion. The nail of the hook protrudes toward the opening.
