摘要: An apparatus for separating mixed materials of different flowability includes a frame structure, a hollow drum with a perforated peripheral surface driven in rotation and mounted on the structure, a continuous compression belt pressed against the peripheral surface from outside when wrapped around part of the drum circumference and driven in circulation, a product intake wedge formed by the belt and drum for conducting a product stream, into the apparatus between the drum and the belt in an inlet area of the product stream, and a support apparatus for the belt, with at least one support element which is arranged on the side of the belt opposite the drum, wherein the support element is configured as a roller track with at least partially spring-mounted rollers arranged successively in the conveying direction. The spring force of at least individual rollers is controllable. A corresponding method is also provided.

摘要: An apparatus for saddling fish on holding apparatuses for further processing comprises: a frame structure; a transport device on the frame structure, for transporting fish tail first and abdominal cavity downwards in a direction T along a transport path, wherein the transport device comprises: a transport unit that is driven rotatingly, and a holding apparatus on the transport unit comprising a fastening element and a holding plate for holding the fish during processing; a feed device for feeding the fish into a region of the transport device; a catching and centring device to catch and centre the fish parallel to the transport direction T; and a take-over device for taking the fish from the catching and centring device, holding the fish, and releasing the fish as soon as a holding apparatus transported through the fish captures the fish and pulls them from the take-over device.

摘要: An apparatus to separate a tendon connecting a breast fillet of a gutted poultry body, from which wings have been removed, to a carcass of the poultry body, has a transport apparatus having a transport unit which is driven in a revolving manner, and a holding apparatus fastened thereto to hold the poultry body or part thereof during processing, and a means for separating the tendon. The means for separating is movable from a standby position into a separating position and back. The transport unit, with the holding apparatus, with the formation of a transport path, transports the poultry body or the part thereof in a direction of transport, with the anus side leading, in the direction towards the means for separating. The means for separating the tendon includes at least one combination tool which has a portion that displaces the breast fillet and a portion that separates the tendon.

摘要: An apparatus and method is for recovering back-flesh from back parts of poultry carcasses having a hip side and body interior side. The back part includes a spinal column and rib structure. A transport conveyor transports the back parts along a transport path with a centre axis in a direction of transport and has a transport element for conveying at least one holding element, arranged on the transport element, for receiving the back part. A first cutting assembly is along the transport path in the region of the transport element and has a loosening means for loosening the back-flesh along the rib structure. A second cutting assembly is along the transport path downstream of the first assembly and has at least one separating knife for separating the back-flesh substantially along the spinal column. The holding element holds the back part on the holding element by non-positive and/or positive locking engagement.

摘要: A cutting apparatus and method are provided for final separation of fish fillets from fish transported, tail-first, in a transport direction along a transport path, and which have belly and flank cuts. The apparatus includes a frame structure, a transport apparatus driven by a drive element, having at least one receiving element for a fish, and a cutting blade assembly with two knife heads each with a driven circular blade. The knife heads are on opposing sides of the transport path such that fish transport between the blades. To alter the blade distance, the knife heads are movably mounted on the frame structure. The blade assembly is assigned at least one sensing element. Each sensing element is on the knife head downstream of the blade cutting edges, which are directed counter to the transport direction, and protrudes beyond the respective edge, viewed in a direction transverse towards the central.

摘要: An apparatus for fixing and transporting crabs during slaughter has a rotationally driven conveying element guided about deflection and/or drive elements to form an upper and lower run, and at least one holding apparatus for fixing the crabs. Each holding apparatus is attached to the conveying element for transporting the fixed crabs in a transport plane along a transport path in a transport direction from a loading station to at least one processing station. Each holding apparatus has a supporting plate for receiving a crab and at least two holding means arranged transversely to the transport direction at a distance from each other. The holding means are pivotable relative to the supporting plate about an axis AH, lying substantially in or parallel to the transport plane and directed transversely to the transport direction, from a receiving position into a clamping position and back. A corresponding method is also provided.

摘要: An apparatus for transporting poultry bodies/parts has a transport saddle fastened to a transport unit. A holding apparatus fastens the saddle to the unit, and has a receptacle body for the unit and a fastening body for the saddle. The fastening body is releasably and rotatably connected to the body. The holding apparatus has a latching device to lock the fastening body and saddle, having a latching lever and two latching bolts. The lever on a main body of the receptacle body pivots from a locking position where the lever engaged the bolt into a release position where the lever is out of engagement with the bolt. A first actuating member actuates the lever from the locking into the release position and a second actuating member rotates the fastening body in the release position. First and second magnetic elements with unlike poles pull the lever into the locking position.

摘要: A method is used in the production of principal products conveyed in plurality along a processing line, consisting of fish, poultry or other meat which contains, in addition to the principal products to be obtained, inedible components to be removed (removal components) and also contains edible by-products remaining on said removal components. The edible by-products remain on the removal components after removal. The method includes: loading a separating device with a batch of fish, poultry or other meat; separating the principal products of this batch from the removal components, comprising by-products, of said batch; separating the by-products from the removal components; producing a by-product brine from the by-products by comminuting the by-products and mixing with water and stabiliser; and injecting a defined quantity of the by-product brine into the principal products, wherein principal products and the by-products contained in the by-product brine come from the same batch.

摘要: Method and apparatus for ventral/dorsal alignment of fish. The apparatus includes a first fish conveying device, a guide roller configured for transversely positioning the fish in a feed-in channel, the guide roller extending across the width of the feed-in channel and having at least one section with reduced cross-sectional diameter, a channel floor in the center of the channel comprising a transfer recess, widening in the conveying direction, which is designed to transfer the fish by the effect of gravity to a guiding channel arranged below the first conveying plane by aligning in a predetermined ventral/dorsal position. The guiding channel includes lateral guide surfaces each arranged inclined with respect to the first conveying plane. A second conveying device, forming a second conveying plane and configured to convey the fish on their side, is provided. The second conveying device is arranged downstream of the guiding channel for taking over the fish at the end of said guiding channel.
