摘要： An apparatus and method is for recovering back-flesh from back parts of poultry carcasses having a hip side and body interior side. The back part includes a spinal column and rib structure. A transport conveyor transports the back parts along a transport path with a centre axis in a direction of transport and has a transport element for conveying at least one holding element, arranged on the transport element, for receiving the back part. A first cutting assembly is along the transport path in the region of the transport element and has a loosening means for loosening the back-flesh along the rib structure. A second cutting assembly is along the transport path downstream of the first assembly and has at least one separating knife for separating the back-flesh substantially along the spinal column. The holding element holds the back part on the holding element by non-positive and/or positive locking engagement.

摘要： A cutting apparatus and method are provided for final separation of fish fillets from fish transported, tail-first, in a transport direction along a transport path, and which have belly and flank cuts. The apparatus includes a frame structure, a transport apparatus driven by a drive element, having at least one receiving element for a fish, and a cutting blade assembly with two knife heads each with a driven circular blade. The knife heads are on opposing sides of the transport path such that fish transport between the blades. To alter the blade distance, the knife heads are movably mounted on the frame structure. The blade assembly is assigned at least one sensing element. Each sensing element is on the knife head downstream of the blade cutting edges, which are directed counter to the transport direction, and protrudes beyond the respective edge, viewed in a direction transverse towards the central.

摘要： An apparatus for separating materials with different degrees of flowability has a rotationally driven hollow drum with a perforated peripheral surface, which is releasably arranged on a drive element. A continuous press belt can be pressed against the hollow drum from the outside while wrapping around a portion of the circumference of the hollow drum. The press belt and the hollow drum cooperate to form an intake wedge for the pressed material. The drive element has at least one controllably movable holding means which is configured and adapted to controllably lock the hollow drum on the drive element as well as to controllably release the hollow drum from the drive element. A corresponding method is also provided.

摘要： An apparatus for separating mixed together substances of different flowability has a frame structure and a hollow drum with a perforated circumferential surface driven in a revolving manner and mounted on the frame structure. A pressing element lies externally in the region of the circumferential surface of the drum and is driven in a revolving manner, such that the drum and the pressing element form a product intake wedge for the feeding in a product stream, of material to be pressed. The drum and pressing element also form a pressing region. A discharge element is associated with the pressing element downstream of the pressing region in the product stream conveying direction, for discharging residues that remain on the pressing element after pressing. The discharge element is an actively drivable, endless discharge belt for discharging the residues in a discharge direction. A corresponding method is also provided.

摘要： A cutting apparatus for cutting an essentially V-shaped strip from meat products fed in a transport direction has a knife carrier to which two knife units are assigned. Each knife unit has a circular knife and a drive for rotationally driving the circular knife about a central axis of rotation. The two circular knives are set substantially in a V-shape to each other in a position enclosing an angle. An adjustable arrangement of the knife units provides for setting of the size of the angle. The offset of the two central axes of rotation to each other is equal to zero in the transport direction and the two knife units are adjustable exclusively synchronously with each other. A corresponding apparatus and method for cutting an essentially V-shaped strip from meat products fed in transport direction is also provided.
