摘要： A vertical double-sided rotary screen transfer printing apparatus includes a vertical rack and one or more pair of rotary screen transfer printing assemblies horizontally disposed opposite to each other. Each rotary screen transfer printing assembly includes a rotary screen plate roller and a transfer roller arranged parallel to each other. The rotary screen plate roller transfers a pattern onto the transfer roller serving as a temporary transfer carrier. The transfer roller transfers the pattern onto a fabric passing in a vertical direction between the rotary screen transfer printing assemblies opposite to each other.

摘要： A digital inkjet transfer printing apparatus used for performing transfer printing on fabrics by virtue of digital inkjet printing is provided. The digital inkjet transfer printing apparatus includes: a blanket inkjet printing assembly, where the blanket inkjet printing assembly includes a digital inkjet machine for ejecting ink to a surface of a blanket to form an ink pattern; and a counterpressure transfer printing assembly, where the counterpressure transfer printing assembly includes a press roller and a back-up roller, the press roller generates a pressure towards the back-up roller when a fabric enters a transfer printing area between the press roller and the back-up roller to press a surface to be printed of the fabric against a surface of the blanket with the ink pattern, so as to transfer the ink pattern on the blanket to the surface to be printed of the fabric.

摘要： The present invention relates to a cold transfer printing paste, a printing colorant and preparation methods thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to: a cold transfer printing past, which contains polysaccharide, sodium L-pyrrolidonecarboxylate, an etherified starch and water; a printing colorant, which contains the paste of the present invention, an active dye, a defoamer, a flatting agent, a pH stabilizing agent and water; and preparation methods of the paste and the printing colorant. The cold transfer printing paste of the present invention and a printing colorant containing the paste are applicable in a cold transfer printing process, and have stable physical properties, thereby preventing decrease of the viscosity in use.

摘要： A horizontal rotary screen transfer printing device includes a frame, two or more sets of rotary screen transfer printing assemblies which are horizontally disposed on the frame, and a back-pressure roller. Each rotary screen transfer printing assembly includes a rotary screen plate roller and a transfer roller arranged parallel to each other. 摘要： A rotary screen transfer printing machine and a control system thereof. The rotary screen transfer printing machine having a feeding unit, a printing unit, a drying unit, and a receiving unit; the printing unit has at least one rotary screen transfer printing assembly and a guide belt assembly; each rotary screen transfer printing assembly has a rotary screen plate roller and a transfer roller; the rotary screen plate roller is close to the transfer roller; the transfer roller is seamlessly coated with rubber or a resin having good affinity for a water-based ink. A control system includes: a motion controller; a conveying synchronization module, used for controlling the feeding unit, the printing unit, the drying unit, and the receiving unit to synchronize the conveying speeds of the four units; and a rotary screen transfer printing synchronization module.
