    摘要: The present disclosure provides example device covers implementing differential adhesive systems allowing for clean removal of the cover after a prolonged dwell period. An example device cover comprises a bore section, a first drape section extending from a first end of the bore section, and a second drape section extending from a second end of the bore section. A first edge of the first drape section may extend from the first end of the bore section at approximately a 50° angle, a second edge of the first drape section may extend from the first end of the bore section at approximately a 130° angle. The first drape section and second drape section may be symmetrical with respect to each other. The device cover may further comprise one or more adhesive tabs, each comprising an intermediary body with a first acrylic adhesive layer and an opposite second rubber adhesive layer.

    摘要: The present disclosure describes various systems and methods for object tracking and locating. An example method includes: receiving, from a first mobile device, a first input identifying a first location inside an establishment; receiving, from the first mobile device, a second RFID scan of an RFID tag affixed to a second mobile object; creating, in accordance with the first scan and the second RFID scan, a database relationship that identifies the second mobile object as being located at the first location inside the establishment; and storing the database relationship at a computer server system. The first input may include a first scan of a first tag affixed to the first location inside the establishment. The first scan may include an optical scan, and the first tag includes an encoded image.

    摘要: An identification device, preferably a wristband or adhesive label, is configured to receive identifying indicia by means of a direct thermal printer. A direct thermal layer includes antimicrobial particles embedded therein and is exposed, i.e., does not have a protective overcoat or varnish covering the direct thermal layer. The antimicrobial particles increase the surface available silver ions and are preferably formed of an aqueous dispersion of silver chloride-coated titanium dioxide particles. The antimicrobial particles may also be formed of an inorganic silver-containing compound such as silver zirconium phosphates or a silver substituted zeolite.

    摘要: An identification wristband includes a liner layer permanently affixed to one end thereof, which covers an adhesive whereby the wristband may be secured to a person or object in a looped fashion securing the ends of the wristband together. The liner releasably covers a portion of the adhesive and is permanently attached to an adjacent portion of the adhesive. In this way, the liner is not separable from the wristband. The liner includes a first portion which is not adhered to the wristband to allow for ease of separation. The liner layer also includes a second portion that is not adhered to the wristband to ensure against accidentally exposed adhesive.

    摘要: An identification device in the form of a wristband, labels, tags or cards, including a clear thermal sensitive coating laminated between a clear plastic coating and a liner ply having colored regions or printed matter. The colored regions or printed matter is visible through the clear thermal sensitive coating and clear plastic coating until the thermal sensitive coating is activated and becomes selectively opaque. The clear plastic coating having a uniform thickness allows for reliable thermal printing on the thermal sensitive coating with the clear plastic coating in place.

    摘要: A thermally activated, multi-color identification device having a substrate, an adhesive layer and a thermal activation layer underlying a protective coating. The thermal activation layer includes multiple regions of multi-colored thermal sensitive coating to achieve multi-color thermal printing on a single media. Alternatively, the thermal activation layer may be mono-color with regions of multi-colored ink underlying the thermal activation layer. The protective coating may be a polymer or varnish to protect the thermal activation layer from environmental hazards. The clear protective coating permits uniform activation of the thermal activation layer while protecting the same.
