    Abstract: The present invention relates to a reciprocating switched reluctance motor-driven engine in which a crank shaft is rotated by the switched reluctance motor and which is configured to reciprocate according to the reluctance torque generation principle of the switched reluctance motor. More specifically, an SRM module (1) is composed of: a cylindrical stator (11) obtained by coupling two stator cores (111) which have, on the inner surfaces, stator salient poles (1111) that are excited by winding coils (112); and a mover (12) which has mover salient poles (1211) formed on the outer surface and can reciprocate inside the stator (11). The mover (12) is coupled to a crank mechanism (2) for converting the reciprocating motion of the mover (12) into rotational motion, and rotational force is output from the crank mechanism (2) by the mover (12) which is reciprocated by alternatingly exciting the two stator cores (111).

Two armatures (301, 302) wound with 8 n (n is an integer) armature salient-poles (311) in a 2-phase winding method and two rotors (401, 402) including 4 n rotor salient-poles (411) are coaxially arranged on a one-to-one correspondence basis, wherein the two rotors (401, 402) are differently arranged by 360°/(16 n) to configure a 4-phase motor. A sensor plate (420), having an angle greater than a pole arc angle (βr) of the armature salient-pole (311) by an angle less than or equal to the pole gap (βg) of the armature salient-pole (311), is symmetrically fixed on the center in the circumferential direction of the rotor salient-pole (411). In addition, sensors (340, 341) are respectively provided at opposite ends of one armature salient-pole (311) of each phase such that a turn-on advanced angle during the forward and backward rotations is optimally predetermined according to the armature salient-pole (311) for each phase.

    Abstract: A 2-phase outer ring switched reluctance motor is suitable for use as a low-speed and high-flow rate fan, causes a difference in electrical angle of 180° when two armatures are fitted and coupled along an axial direction at the upper and lower sides thereof one by one and eliminates the difference in electrical angle when two outer ring rotors are fitted and coupled along an axial direction at the upper and lower sides thereof one by one, so as to enable the same to be easily assembled into a 2-phase motor and ensure a firm assembled state, simplifies a structure for detecting an excitation section by modularization in which sensors are provided at each armature and objects to be sensed are provided for each outer ring rotor, and escapes from an unstartable state by using a forward rotation sensor and a reverse rotation sensor.
