摘要: A joining method for inserting a coil winding into a component of an electrical machine by: providing the component with an annular arrangement of inwardly opening slots which are bounded by inwardly projecting slot boundaries, providing the coil winding wound with a coil diameter which is equal to or smaller than an inner diameter of the annular arrangement inside the annular arrangement, the coil winding having a plurality of straight conductor sections connected by winding heads, providing radially movable support fingers axially adjacent the slot boundaries, expanding the coil winding outwards while inserting the conductor sections of the coil winding into the slots, and moving the support fingers radially along with the coil winding to guide conductor sections and/or winding heads during insertion.

摘要: A permanent magnet motor with a high-efficiency air-water mixed cooling system is provided. An inner circumference of a stator core of the permanent magnet motor is provided with multiple stator slots along a circumferential direction, armature windings are arranged in the stator slots, an outer circumference of the stator core is provided with multiple axial ventilation channels along an axial direction and a radial ventilation channel along a radial direction. The radial ventilation channel is communicated with the axial ventilation channels and contacts with a rotor core. Stator water-cooling discs are arranged at both ends of the stator core. A casing is provided with an air inlet communicated with the radial ventilation channel, multiple air outlets communicated with the axial ventilation channels, casing water-cooled water inlets and casing water-cooled water outlets. The casing water-cooled water inlets and the casing water-cooled water outlets are both communicated with the stator water-cooling discs.

摘要: This disclosure is directed to a stator of a rotary electric machine. The stator includes a stator coil having a welding portion of segment conductors. Each of the segment conductors includes an exposed conductor wire portion. The exposed conductor includes a root portion adjacent to an insulating coating. A thickness of the insulating coating is 50 μm or more. The predetermined amount of displacement is 1±0.4 times or 2±0.4 times the thickness of the insulating coating. A length of the transition portion is 0.5 times or more and 2 times or less of a thickness of the conductor wire.

摘要: An axial flux electrical machine, such as an electric motor, dynamo, pump, generator, or alternator has a casing with vents or openings enabling cooling or pumped media to flow into and out of the casing when the rotor of the electrical machine rotates. The stator is formed from conductive elements connected at their axial outer regions by interconnecting members. Conductive elements have a gap or space to direct cooling through the winding to the central region. A portion of the windings of the stator are spaced apart to allow media to flow between the windings to the central axis area and then is allowed flow outward between the rotor and the stator.
