    摘要: A method of vehicle monitoring includes: obtaining a frame of an image before exposure; outputting a luminance value of each partition of the image, accumulation number of pixels lower than a first set threshold, accumulation number of pixels higher than a second set threshold, to generate an evaluation data; generating eigenvalues of a plurality of illuminance evaluation areas based on the evaluation data and the preset illuminance evaluation area distribution table; estimating the illuminance of an environment of a vehicle according to the eigenvalues of the plurality of illuminance evaluation areas and differentiation characteristics between normal illuminance and low illuminance; switching the region of interest of a current exposing image based on the estimating results, generating a weight table based on the content of the current exposing image and the switched region of interest, controlling the exposing of the region of interest based on the weight table.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method and system for segmentally limiting the speed of a vehicle. The method comprises: receiving characteristic parameters of a route sent by a vehicle monitoring platform, and respectively expanding a plurality of road segments of the route into a plurality of rectangles; dividing the plurality of rectangles into blocks sequentially; calculating a minimum enclosing rectangle of the at least two rectangles, and counting vertex information of the minimum enclosing rectangle of each block so as to establish a hash table; obtaining an instant longitude and latitude of a moving vehicle, searching in the hash table so as to determine a block where the vehicle is located, and judging a road segment where the vehicle is currently located; and comparing a current speed of the vehicle with a limiting speed of the road segment where the vehicle is currently located, judging whether the vehicle exceeds the limiting speed.

    摘要: A DC-DC power supply control circuit includes: a voltage stabilizing diode, a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor, a first triode and a second triode. Two ends of the first resistor are connected with an input end and an enable end of the DC-DC power supply respectively. Two ends of the second resistor are connected with the enable end and a collector of the second triode.
