    Abstract: The present invention provides a transmission mechanism that enables a reduction in motion transmission error between an input-shaft side and an output-shaft side. A transmission mechanism is provided with a cam, a plurality of pins arranged along a side surface of the cam, guide plates in which a plurality of guide holes are provided, and gears capable of engaging the pins. In conjunction with rotation of the cam, each pin is guided by the corresponding guide hole and moves along the cam and the gears, thereby causing the guide plates or gears to rotate relative to the cam. The plurality of pins are divided into a plurality of groups, and the pins in each group are coupled in series, but are not coupled to the pins in the other groups.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a transmission mechanism which is suited to miniaturization and can reduce motion transmission errors. This transmission mechanism includes: a cam; a plurality of pins arrayed along a side surface of the cam; guide plates provided with a plurality of guide holes; and a pair of gears disposed so as to sandwich the cam. Each pin contacts only one of the pair of gears, and is guided to the corresponding guide hole in conjunction with the rotation of the cam and moves along the cam and the corresponding gear, thereby causing the guide plates or the pair of gears to rotate with respect to the cam.

    Abstract: An angle detector for detecting an amount of angular change due to the rotation of a rotary body. The angle detector is provided with a rotary body rotating around a rotation axis, a graduated scale having a plurality of graduations along the circumference of the rotary body in a rotation direction, and a plurality of sensors disposed along the circumference. Each of the sensors outputs a signal according to an amount of angular change on the basis of the plurality of graduations. The output signal includes a fundamental wave component having one of the plurality of graduations as a first period first order, and a harmonic wave component having an order that is an integer multiple of at least two times the fundamental wave component. An amount of angular displacement calculated from the output signal includes an angular error component that is due to the harmonic wave component and has an order component that is an integer multiple of the one graduation that is the first period first order. The number of the plurality of sensors is determined on the basis of the number of graduations on the graduated scale and the order component of the angular error component.

    Abstract: A roller gear cam mechanism is equipped with a cam and a rotating member along the outer circumferential direction of which multiple bearings are arranged. The bearings are equipped with a shaft member and an outer ring portion capable of rotating around the shaft member. The outer circumferential surface of the outer ring portion has an arc shape, and in a cross section of the cam that includes the cam axis line, a contact portion of a cam rib making contact with the outer circumferential surface of the outer ring portion has an arc shape. The arc shape of the outer ring portion is formed so as to conform to the arc shape of the cam rib. The radius of curvature of the arc of the outer ring portion and the radius of curvature of the arc of the cam rib are determined in association with each other.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a lubrication device for coating a lubricant onto the outer circumferential surface of a bearing. A lubrication device comprises a housing and a lubrication member that is accommodated within the housing. A bearing crosses and passes through the lubrication member so that an outer circumferential surface of the bearing comes into contact with an inner surface of the lubrication member, and due to this configuration, it becomes possible for the lubricant to be coated onto the outer circumferential surface of the bearing.

    Abstract: A main roll and a sub-roll of a sheet material feeding apparatus interpose therebetween a sheet material to intermittently feed the same to a press apparatus. A roll clearance is adjusted according to a sheet thickness by displacing the main roll up and down. A release device that temporarily releases a sheet material having been interposed by the both rolls just before the sheet material is subjected to press working by the press apparatus includes a sub-roll guide that can move up and down together with the sub-roll, a rectilinear cam, and cam followers for engagement with a cam surface of the rectilinear cam, and the release device moves the rectilinear cam axially of the sub-roll in synchronism with the operation of the press apparatus to thereby displace the sub-roll up and down through the cam followers and the sub-roll guide.
