摘要: The present disclosure discloses a harmonic reducer with conjugate cycloidal profiles, including a circular spline, a flexspline, a wave generator and a flexible bearing. A profile of the circular spline and a profile of the flexspline are conjugate cycloidal profiles. The profile of the circular spline and the profile of the flexspline are formed by hypocycloids and epicycloids formed by two rolling circles around a pitch circle of the circular spline and a pitch circle of the flexspline under an engaging state respectively. A sum of radii of the first rolling circle and the second rolling circle is equal to a difference between radii of the pitch circle of the circular spline and the pitch circle of the flexspline under the engaging state. The wave generator is a biarc cam wave generator, a cam curve is an arc within an angle of contact in the long axis direction.

摘要: A method for producing a sintered component, in particular an annular sintered component, with a toothing, having teeth with tooth roots, tooth tips and tooth flanks, includes the steps of pressing a powder to form a green compact, sintering the green compact, and hardening the sintered component, wherein after sintering, the tooth flanks and possibly the tooth tips are post-compacted and subsequently undergo post-processing by machining, and wherein a transition region between the tooth flanks and the tooth roots has an undercut design, and post-compaction of the tooth flanks is carried out only up to this transition region.

摘要: In a gear pair in which a first gear and a second gear having a larger number of teeth than the first gear share a meshing line (L) of teeth that mesh with each other, at least a part of the meshing line (L) includes a region where a pressure angle (a) is not constant, and the pressure angle (α) weakly increases in a section of the meshing line (L) from a pitch point (Pp) to an end point (Pe1) on a tooth-root side of the first gear (G1). This allows both desired properties (for example, strength) and smooth meshing to be achieved, and also allows effective increase in strength of the tooth-root side of the gear having the small number of the teeth (that is, the first gear) subject to a large load and susceptible to damages on the tooth-root side.

摘要: According to a tooth profile designing method for a strain wave gear device, a first curve from a point A (φ=0) to a point B (φ=τ/2) in a moving locus of external teeth with respect to internal teeth is extracted. A similarity curve is obtained by multiplying the first curve by (1−λ) using the point B as a center of similarity, and a second curve is obtained by rotating the similarity curve by 180° about a midpoint C between the point A and the point B as a center of similarity. A third curve is obtained by multiplying only the x-coordinate of the second curve by α (α 1). An addendum tooth profile of the external teeth is defined using the third curve or the fourth curve.

摘要: A helical sector gear having a body and a gear segment having a plurality of helical teeth. The gear segment has a toothed sector, on which all of the helical teeth are formed, and spacing segments on the opposite circumferential ends of the toothed sector. Each of the spacing segments has a circumferential surface, which is longer than a pitch of the helical teeth, and a radial surface that is formed in a helical manner that conforms to the helix angle of helical teeth.
