摘要: A strip deflection device (1) for deflecting a strip (2), in particular a metal strip, at an angle: at least one deflecting cylinder (3) around which the strip (2) can be deflected by a deflection angle (7) while maintaining strip tension. The angle is defined by the inlet direction (14) and the outlet direction (15) of the strip (2). Rollers (20) on the circumference of the deflection cylinder (3), form bearing faces of equal height for the strip (2) along a wrap around the cylinder. The deflection cylinder (3) can be adjusted between a first (31) and a second operating position (32) preferably perpendicular by an adjusting device (16). Each operating position (31, 32) is associated with a respective arrangement (10, 11) of the rollers (20) and the rollers in that arrangement (10, 11) are oriented in a direction that corresponds to the wrap around the cylinder.

The bearing region is open for the insertion or removal of the driving roller toward the side and/or upwardly when the rocker is placed in the operating position. The driver has a fixing mechanism for fixing the driving roller to the bearing region. The method for removing a driving roller from such a driver includes opening the fixing mechanism and removing the driving roller toward the side or upwardly from the driver.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for guiding bands to be joined to one another along their longitudinal edges, comprising guide elements which form tracks for guiding the bands that are configured such that the bands approach one another in the transport direction and the longitudinal edges thereof rest on one another at a non-overlapping contact point. At least one of the tracks may be configured to undulate with a wavelength of ¼≦λ≦2, such that transverse displacement of the band guided thereon occurs. The axes of rotation and/or longitudinal central axes of the guide elements may also be inclined towards one another at different angles of inclination in relation to a horizontal plane of reference, such that the band guided on said track is rotated about its longitudinal axis in the transport direction.

摘要: A coiler furnace having a heat-insulated enclosure delimiting a furnace interior, a strip coiling device includes a coiler drum having a slotted receiving opening for the hot-rolled strip in the furnace interior, A controlled rotational drive for a coiler shaft is located outside the furnace interior. An inlet and outlet opening to the enclosure for a hot-rolled strip. A strip guiding device between a roller table and the coiler drum. In order to avoid any winding errors, a feeding shield extends through the enclosure of the coiler furnace and is coupled to a displacement drive arranged outside the furnace interior. The displacement drive can be displaced between an insertion position and a withdrawal position of the shield. The feeding shield, in the insertion position, interacts with the strip guiding device to form a feed funnel, mounted upstream the slotted receiving opening on the coiler drum for the hot-rolled strip together.

摘要: A first portion of a continuous material strip is indexed through a stamping press and the stamping press is cycled so as to undertake a stamping operation on a section of the material strip during each cycle. A length of the continuous strip is accumulated in an accumulator either upstream or downstream of the stamping press. A second portion of the strip is continuously fed at a non-zero speed through a laser micromachining station positioned such that the accumulator is between the stamping press and the laser micromachining station. The speed of the second portion of said strip is controlled so that this speed is constant for at least a portion of each cycle of the stamping press and so that the average speed of the first portion of said strip through the stamping press is equal to the average speed of the second portion of the strip through the laser micromachining station. A laser of the laser micromachining station irradiates the second portion of the strip while the speed of the second portion of said strip is constant. The timing of the laser processing event within the cycle of the stamping press may be such that the laser processing event occurs at a time when the ram of the stamping press is furthest away from actual material stamping event in order to avoid the deleterious effects of stamping vibration on the laser processing quality and reliability of the laser micromachining system.
