Abstract: One embodiment provides a method, including: receiving a selection to access interaction data associated with a target; receiving a designation of an interaction parameter, wherein the designation of the interaction parameter adjusts a defining standard for a direct interaction and an indirect interaction for the interaction data; determining, using a processor and based on the interaction parameter, whether each of the interactions from the interaction data is associated with a direct interaction or an indirect interaction; and generating an interaction visualization from the interactions, wherein the interaction visualization indicates interactions of the target with the at least one entity and wherein the interaction visualization visually distinguishes direct interactions from indirect interactions. Other aspects are described and claimed.

Abstract: A method for processing data to generate a graphical user interface may include receiving a set of referral requirements for a first department of a facility, wherein the set of referral requirements indicates data requested by the department for making a referral to the first department. The method may also include creating a plurality of data entry fields associated with the set of referral requirements into an electronic form, receiving a referral request directed to the first department, and providing the electronic form. The method may further include processing received data input to the plurality of data entry fields, automatically filling data fields of a referral notification form using the received input, generating a graphical user interface for notification of a referral to the first department, and providing the graphical user interface to the first department.

Abstract: Computer-implemented systems and methods are provided for automated task scheduling and management. In some embodiments, a system for automated task scheduling may comprise at least one processor configured to receive a request with information for a task to be performed by a respondent. The one or more processors may retrieve employee information and, based on one or more attributes in the employee information and one or more attributes in the task information, identify one or more employees to complete the task. The one or more processors may assign the task to the identified employee(s), and monitor a status of the task based on periodic inputs from the employee.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for providing interactive handoff protocol user interfaces. In one embodiment, a computerized system may comprise a memory storing instructions, and a processor of a first electronic device. The processor may be configured to receive a pick-up request from a second electronic device, receive an acceptance indication for the pick-up request via an input device, provide a GUI prompting a scan of an identification tag on an individual, the GUI including at least one button in a non-selectable state, capture an image of the identification tag using the first electronic device, determine an identity of the individual based on the captured identification tag image, compare the determined identity to an identity in the received pick-up request, and modify the at least one button to a selectable state, wherein selection of the at least one button advances a handoff protocol for the individual.
