摘要： A machine for processing textile tubes with yarn residue and comprising a device for removing the yarn residue from the textile tubes and including jaws, an element for opening the jaws, and an element for closing the jaws into the yarn residue with respect to a diameter and conicity of the textile tubes so as to minimize a pressure exerted by the jaws on the textile tubes. The machine further comprises a guide for guiding the textile tubes and an element for moving the guide member of the guide in opposite directions between the jaws. The opening element is formed to open the jaws in response to the guide member being moved in one of the opposite directions, and the closing element is formed to close the jaws in response to the guide member being moved in the other of the opposite directions. There is also provided a device for turning and aligning the textile tubes one by one so as to consistently feed the wider end of the tubes first into the removing device so that the tubes are guided between the jaws by the guiding means, and an arrangement for capturing the textile tubes so as to feed the textile tubes one by one to the turning and aligning device.

摘要： A control unit for controlling refuse discharge in a textile cleaner comprises a spring-biased membrane which is in contact with a pressure chamber or a vacuum chamber of the cleaner in which a turbine and a refuse collecting filter are installed. An electrical circuit is connected with a fixed contact, and another contact mounted on the membrane. When another contact is moved by the membrane in response to the pressure condition in the respective chamber so that the spring force is overcome the movable contact comes into contact with the detector, and a signal is issued to discharge refuse from the filter.

摘要： A pneumatic nozzle for use in an apparatus for cleaning textile machines comprises a frustum-shaped flattened tubular body made of a flexible material. The tubular body is inflatable upon flow of pressurized air therethrough whereat the tubular body takes a straight position, and deflatable upon ceasing of air flow therethrough whereat the tubular body takes a fall-down position. A neck is formed at one of the opposite ends of the tubular body and is associated with retaining and coating rings for securing the nozzle in a wall of blowing hose apparatus of the cleaning apparatus.

摘要： The device for removing yarn residue for textile tubes including jaws; a mechansim for opening the jaws including a plurality of rollers and biased wedges supporting the rollers and the jaws, stringers arranged to engage and push apart the rollers and therefore push apart the wedges and the jaws, and a pawl device for guiding the stringers into engagement with the rollers for moving apart the jaws; a mechanism for closing the jaws which biases the jaws to close towards each other; a guide member formed so as to center the textile tubes relative to the jaws and having two tapered tips formed to hold the textile tube longitudinally therebetween; and a mechanism for moving the guide member in opposite directions between the jaws reciprocally. One of the tips is arranged to receive the yarn residue retained by the jaws and the other tip is formed on the guide member. The first tip includes a displaceable spring-loaded sleeve so that the yarn residue actually collects on the sleeve and a mechanism for displacing the sleeve so as to expel the yarn residue collected thereon.
