    摘要: A method for operating a spinning device of a rotor spinning machine, and associated rotor spinning machine are provided in which a spinning rotor includes a rotor cup and a rotor shaft that is set into rotation with the aid of a drive situated in a drive housing. The drive is operatively connected to the rotor shaft, and the rotor shaft is supported in the drive housing by a bearing. The rotor cup is situated in a rotor housing to which vacuum is applied, and the rotor shaft extends between the drive housing and the rotor housing through a connection opening such that when a vacuum is drawn in the rotor housing during a spinning process, a vacuum is also drawn in the drive housing. Compressed air is feed into the drive housing via an air inlet at intervals to clean one or both of the drive housing and the bearing.

    摘要: A dust prevention mechanism of a spindle device that ensures prevention of cutting liquid etc. from entering an inner portion of the spindle device, which saves energy and reduces noise upon stop of rotation of a spindle is provided. In a dust prevention mechanism 1, a spindle device 2 starts operating upon a command from a controller 4. Then, a 2-port solenoid valve 7 is opened to supply a predetermined amount of compressed air into the inner portion of the spindle device 2. In contrast, the spindle stops rotating upon a command from the controller 4. The controller 4 closes the 2-port solenoid valve 7, while it opens a 2-port solenoid valve 10 in a bypass route B. The controller 4 supplies compressed air, whose amount is reduced by a diaphragm 9, into the inner portion of the spindle device 2 during a predetermined time set by a timer 8.

    摘要: The yarn cleaner (5) is designed for cleaning out defects from an effect yarn (1), which is formed from an alternating stringing together of webs and of effects comprised of given thickenings. The yarn cleaner has a measuring head (6) in which at least one yarn parameter is measured, whereby cleaning limits are determined for the yarn parameter, and the presence of a defect in the yarn is signaled when these limits are surpassed. The measured values of the yarn parameter are compared with the cleaning limits and intolerable defects are cut out from the yarn. The cleaning limits are each dependent on whether the values are measured in the web or in the effect. The yarn cleaner (5) is suited for keeping the desired diameter quality of effect yarn on winding and spinning winding machines.

    摘要: To provide a threading apparatus that can thread yarn by feeding compressed air when the yearn is fed from a large diameter portion of a spindle member to a small diameter portion of the spindle member preceding the large diameter one. A spindle member is divided and a pipe including of a filter member is installed in the middle of the spindle, so that when compressed air is injected from the rear end of the spindle member having a large diameter toward its tip having a small diameter and preceding the rear end, a suction flow that sucks external air at the rear end is generated while excessive air is discharged to the exterior through the filter member, thereby maintaining a yarn feeding air flow in the center of the spindle member. Thus, the present invention can provide a threading apparatus that can feed compressed air to thread yarn from the rear end having a large diameter toward the preceding small diameter portion.

The method includes the steps of moving the trash belt at a low speed "Z" determined by the type of trash contained in the fiber, the type of yarn being spun and the type of fabric to be formed from the yarn, but in no event more than 50 percent of the conventional trash belt speed "X", and rotating the trash brush at optimum speed "Y" without regard to the speed "Z" of the trash belt.
