摘要： A valve comprises a housing, a movable check mechanism that is suitable for regulating passage of a fluid between an inlet orifice and an outlet orifice of the housing, a stationary seat for receiving the check mechanism, and a thermostatic element that is provided with a body, which contains an expandable material, and a movable piston, with this body being stationary relative to the housing. In order to prevent excessive pressure from being generated in the valve, on a side of the check mechanism where the thermostatic element is arranged, the check mechanism and the piston are connected by a part that is integral with the valve and delimits a blind recess for receiving the piston, with a base of the recess forming a stop for the piston when a difference in pressure on either side of the check mechanism is less than a predetermined value, while a wall of the recess forms a surface for sliding contact with the piston when this difference in pressure is greater than this predetermined value.

摘要： A thermostatic cartridge regulates hot and cold fluids to be mixed, and a mixer tap one such cartridge. The cartridge includes two disks which are used to adjust the flow of hot and cold fluids and which each include a passage for hot fluid, a passage for cold fluid, and a passage for a mixture of both. The disks are movably joined to one another. One of the disks is connected in rotation to a member for controlling the flow of the mixture, while the other is fixed. In order to do without a turbulator in the cartridge, the flow section for the mixture through the disks, which is defined by stacking passages for the mixture in the joining plane of the disks, varies according to the configuration of the control member. The majority of the thermo sensitive part of a thermostatic regulation element is positioned upstream of the disk joining plane in the direction of flow of the mixture.

摘要： A thermostat comprises a case (1) forming an elbow through which extends a fluid passageway 2 comprising a fluid inlet region (22) and a fluid outlet region (21) and containing a thermostatic element (3). The thermostatic element (3) includes a fixed part (31), a movable part (32) which carries a closing device (4) cooperating with a seat (23), a bridge (5) in which the movable part (32) is slidable, and a spring (6) biasing the bridge (5) away from the closing device (4). The case (1) is in one piece; the fixed part (31) bears against the wall of the passageway (2); the inlet region (22) comprises inwardly extending projections (19) for blocking movement of the bridge (5) caused by the spring before mounting the thermostat on a support. The bridge (5) carries tabs projecting in the upstream direction and outwardly so that when the thermostat is fixed on the support (S) they are urged back by the support (S) in the downstream direction and the force exerted by the spring (6) on the bridge (5) is transferred from the projections of the passageway (2) to the support (S).

摘要： A thermostatic valve comprises a casing which delimits openings for circulation of a fluid, a mobile sleeve for regulating passage of the fluid between the openings, a fixed seat for receiving the sleeve and a thermostatic member which has a mobile piston. The sleeve is mounted on the piston in such a manner to control, at least in part, displacements of the sleeve relative to the seat. The valve also comprises a controlled member for driving a body of the thermostatic member in accordance with a direction of displacement of the piston.

摘要： A safety cartridge for thermostatic mixer taps includes a thermostat carrying a slide having two valves for shutting off respective flows of hot and cold water. A region of the thermostat is housed in a piston having a part which is guided by a reversibly releasable guide mechanism adapted to guide the piston as long as the valve for shutting off the flow of hot water is not in contact with its seat, to eliminate the guidance when the valve bears on the seat, to allow misalignment of the piston, of the thermostat and of the slide so that the valve is pressed against and sealed to the seat, and to re-establish the guidance when the valve leaves its seat.

摘要： In a valve member adapted to co-operate with an annular seat and comprising a plate with an annular channel for receiving a gasket which is crimped by folding in an outer wall of the channel, any risk of the gasket being ruptured is minimized by the outer surface of the gasket presenting, in the absence of any stress being exerted thereon, a first region extending frustoconically towards the central axis of the valve member, which first region is extended by a second region extending frustoconically away from the central axis, and by the outer wall of the channel being folded progressively towards the first region so as to fit snugly against the shape thereof without penetrating into the material of the gasket, without exerting any stress thereon, and without compressing it. The valve member is suitable for use in particular in thermostat valves.
